Not nearly as bad as some of the other horror stories, but I contacted them for just a quote for repairs. They called me the next day, saying they could come out at 1:30 that afternoon to look at our leak since they will already be in the area. I took time off of work to be there to meet them, but 1:30 came and went. I called them after waiting about an hour, left a message, and never heard back from them. I don't mind if I never hear back from them, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Rick Auffenberg with Roof it Forward just replaced my roof. Rick was terrific every step of the way up to and including quick response! It was one of the easiest experience I've had.
GREAT crew. Very professional, polite and HARD WORKING!! On time and they only took about 15 minutes to rest and get something to drink. Put everything back the way it was AND closed my gate (this is huge, as I have a small dog that could have gotten out).
Left around 5:45. As soon as, they left Rick was here to make sure I was satisfied. They ALL deserve a bonus and/or raise. Good help is hard to find :)

Only good thing I can say is ""they were fast.""
Their crew stole from me, BROKE a wrought iron piece that was attached by not one but TWO 6"" BOLTS set in CONCRETE. Not only did they break it but the ripped it out of the wall !!! They left gutters unattached (which they EVENTUALLY fixed (2 weeks later).
They left A HUGE mess in my attic and in my screened in porch(stlll picking up nails 5 weeks later).
They have lied over and over and over about restitution for the iron piece - the old ""checks in the mail"" ploy as well as the fate of the crew. One Manager telling me ""oh, they were fired and another - supposedly the General manager, ""they were spoken to and pay docked.""

Oh!! and regarding the theft ???? another manager told me ""Well, they are USED to people giving them things.""
SERIOUSLY ???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????

The Lexan that was stolen (a 150.00 piece of equipment needed for my business) has still not been replaced, the check for the wrought iron piece must have been mailed from China, parts of the shingles are curling up in several places and they actually have the AUDACITY to want additional money.

Save yourself, your home and your money and AVOID THESE PEOPLE like they were the originators of Covid-19.

Shameful and shameless. Potentially criminal.

I had ARAC Roof it Forward replace my roof about a year ago and I've had no issues whatsoever. In addition, I just recently sold the house and Nathan has been so helpful in answering questions from the buyer and providing continued support when needed during this selling process. Nathan is professional, answers his phone and will go out of his way to assist you in anyway possible. I'd have to say, I won't go anywhere else when the time comes for a new roof on my new home. Thank you Nathan for providing the utmost in customer service.

Great Roofing Company. We recently had our roof replaced by ARAC Roof It Forward. They were great. In and out in one day. Cleaned up very well. And the new roof looks great. Highly recommend them. And they give a portion of their proceeds to Camp Sunshine to support kids with cancer. A win-win-win.

NOT impressed.
Needed fascia repairs on the house, and, chimney. Sales rep (Rich) was very good and pleasant to work-with. Told the repairs to both locations would take a day. Great, lets go for it.
Day-of repair, RIF team could not complete the work. Rick let me know they did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the top of the chimney (3-stories). Completely understand and waited.
Next team to come-in are a 3rd party contractor with NO insignias of RIF on their vehicle. Okay, so have to sub-contract out, no prob.
Well, problem.
After all said & done, caulking job horrible, hardi-plank layers ripped apart since the workers did NOT take care in removing the old fascia and sealant, and, paint-job poorly done in-that old and new paint was distinguishable.
Called Rich which ended-up with the warranty area and Wes. Wes informs me another team would come-out on Friday, 6/19, to repair the damages.
Guess what? I waited all day and NOBODY shows-up, and, NOBODY even calls to state no one will come out. Now I'm irrate and not impressed. Wasted my time and my family's time.
Saturday morning, 6/20, we open our garage door and ready to head-out when low-n-behold, somebody is here to repair the damage. They said to replace the fascia. Its the same team who did the initial damage.
Left a few messages and heading-out. Told them there's no-way they're coming onto my property, especially a day late and no communications. I left a couple messages for RIF but got a v/m and then left one with their answering service.
RIF needs to repair the damage the other team painted over (I originally asked them how they'd repair it but they didn't answer), and, get an actual RIF team out here, not a sub-contractor.

Update 7/18/20. Rich is no longer with RIF. Thank goodness. John, another RIF rep, stepped-in. Short of the long, he made things right. Extremely pleasant to work-with and made sure all work and cleanup reflected the opinions given of RIF in other reviews. Okay, I'm now a fan. Not good on what I had to go through, but, having someone like John do the right thing to ensure customer satisfaction has turned me around. I won't give a 5-star but I would give a 4.5 if it was available.

Roof was a bit over 2 years old and began to leak. Like many others, ARAC blamed the leak on something else they would not to warranty.
Determination made by phone that leak was not a warranty issue and they were not sending anyone out. After I slammed them on FB, they decided to send an adjustor (a week after record rainfall). It was too late. I'd already hired another roofer to properly install the flashing, add the missing flashing, and repair the leak. The work was done.

Our Roof was replaced a couple of years ago by this company. Afterward we discovered a leak. We are still trying to get them to repair the leak in the new roof.
After installation it took a while for the first big rain. When it rained we discovered a leak that they have looked at 4 or more times. Still leaking. We have run out of patience. See pictures of interior damage from this leak. DON'T USE THEM!

We have been needing a new roof for several years and have had a host of companies stop by to give us their opinion. But we never moved forward with any because there was always ""something"" that didn't seem right.

Derrick at Roof it Forward was able to walk us thru a detailed repair plan, he was exceptionally knowledgeable about how our insurance carrier would interact with us and the timeline needed to move thru the various phases. He even helped us match the existing roof so that we wouldn't have issues with the HOA!

As I'm sure all homeowners are aware, insurance issues you a payment but holds back a large portion called ""depreciation"". We got that initial payment relatively quickly after the adjuster's inspection. The crew arrived ready to work a few days later. They were really organized - everyone knew their job and got to it. What I found interesting is that this team communicated very well. When I had to leave to run an errand the Forman halted all work so that it would be safe for me to walk out. They took care to protect our plants and outside furniture. I knew there would be a chance that these things could be damaged but that is expected when debris has to be thrown from 20-30 feet above. Derrick was honest upfront that this was a risk. We were very fortunate to not have any damage.

We just closed out our project with Roof It Forward and are extremely grateful for having the opportunity to work with a highly organized company. We are especially happy to know that their business model includes giving back to the community. Couldn't ask for a better experience!
