Eduardo R.This company put in a foam roof which has not even lasted a year without leaking. They have been out to inspect over five times and could find nothing wrong. They came out two weeks ago and said the same. Rick Guttierez has been out and found nothing wrong. Then I hired my own roofer, and he disclosed the roof has defects. There are pools that form every time it rains. Before you do business with this company please call me at 7144782610. I will be looking into suing this company and the owner who hired them. You can also check there lousy quality workmanship at 1104 E. 17th St, SA CA 92701. I will be also filing a complaint with consumer affairs.

As a realtor here in LA I have to have my client referrals be top notch, and I have no problem ever calling in Andy and having him take care of my clients. When I refer them to A&R, I know they are in good hands.
