Was working with Andre Ramos he is extremely unprofessional.

My insurance company is paying for my roof replacement and he made it clear they do not work with insurance companies.

In a competitive space... this level of unprofessional response is just sad.

We had to have our roof ""prepped"" for installation of Tesla solar panels, which required removing clay tiles and putting down shingles, then later replacing the tiles after the solar panels were in place.

They gave me a very competitive bid, were always on time, with very professional crews, polite , clean and efficient. Our crew was led by Armando . They left everything immaculate.

I recommend them without reservation.

I could not be more happy with my new roof. APR made the process so easy.
After giving me a quote it looked like my appointment would be a couple weeks out. No problem. But Alex called and scheduled my appointment within days. I got a Quote on Thursday and they were out on Tuesday and finished on Wednesday. They cleaned up along the way. It was seamless, clean and stress free. No hiccups or bumps along the way. I got exactly what I wanted. Just know when he says they will be there at 7am he means 7am sharp.

I loved APR Roofing Solutions--they came early, finished quickly, cleaned up after. I hadn't had the roof pipe projections resealed and needed them done before the winter rainy season. When I bought my house 8 years ago I was told ""this roof won't be good for much longer"" by the man doing the appraisal. So, I've saved and saved preparing for the purchase of a new roof for years. Today APR Roofing (they came highly recommended from a friend) came out to provide me with an estimate and to look at the roof. I was not only told that I did not need a roof, but that I could probably get another 8 years out of the current roof. Andre went up on the roof and did an extensive check of the current roof. He told us that replacing the roof would be a waste of money. He was so professional and honest. I was absolutely taken aback by his candor and integrity. I may not need APR roof ring today, but I will definitely call them in 8 years!

After getting a few quotes, my fiancé and I decided to go with APR roofing since they were the most affordable. This was the first time I ever had my roof replaced and I must say it was not a pleasant experience at all. The workers left their trash/work truck on the side of my house without asking me if they could. I couldn't even get to the side of my house to take my trash cans out for trash day. When I called Andre with the issue he was not polite or understanding. He seemed irritated of all things. He gave me and attitude and I was honestly blown away at his unprofessionalism. His workers hung out in my front yard, eating lunch, listening to music and left their trash there for me to pick up. After the job was done, it was not cleaned up properly. My roof definitely looks better, but that wasn't a tough achievement. Dealing with Andre was not worth the very little I saved choosing him to do the job.

DON'T NEED TO CALL ANYONE ELSE, seriously, save yourself the trouble. I wasted my time with others so you don't have to. My 17 year old house's roof had a leak after a week long rain storm. Of the three bids I got, Andre was the only one who was HONEST. He explained clearly why I didn't need a $800 repair and that the other two bidders were just trying to roofie me (get it? Roofie me and then have their way with me, haha). For most of us, we really don't know what needs to be done, which gives experts a chance to gouge us. It happens at most places where there's information asymmetry. I'd give this business 10/5 if I could.
