They never did a follow up call to make an appt. I called for an estimate they called me and said they will call me the next day and come see my issue and they never called back to make that appointment they did not do a follow-up like they said they would. I felt like they left me hanging because they could have called and said I'm too busy I'm booked up, they called to say they would be able to come and they didn't. My issue was waiting for the follow-up call depending that you would follow through.

Andre came out to give me an estimate on repairing a leaking roof. Due to a communications lapse I wasn't home at the time, but he went up onto the roof, saw some tiles out of place that were the likely culprits, and re-fitted them while he was up there, no charge. Can't get an estimate better than that! I really appreciate his honesty and character, and he will be the first person I call for future roofing needs.
