Approved roofing has done it again. Told us they would contact us to come out and fix some minor mistakes by their crew. No phone calls of any kind for over 4 months. We get the same old story, it has been put on order, etc. Their warranty says 5 years on workmanship. Well, now we only have 4 more years to wait for them to contact us. Sorry customer service, total disrespect and regard to live up to their warranty!

When I deal with a business, I demand honesty first, professionalism next, and finally a good price. Approved Roofing delivers on all three.
Having already dealt with a dishonest...roofing company who wanted to cheat the insurance company with false ""wind-damage"" claims, I was understandably nervous about the whole process.
Jim came out, went up on the roof, listened to our concerns and gave us an amazingly fair quote. His crew came out and within two days, our home was reroofed. No nails or debris left on our property. One of the foremen, John, found some old plywood that was improperly fitted by the original roofer...and fixed it to proper standards. John and the rest of the crew were amazing workers. Polite, professional, fast and thorough.
Our roof looks amazing and we will now save over 30% on our insurance! This company restores my faith that there are still some businesses out there that are professional and treat their customers fairly. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Approved Roofing did the entire roof of our church a few years ago (Unitarian Universalist Fellowship) in downtown Bradenton and did an outstanding job. It was a dirty big job and they did everything quickly and efficiently and cleaned up at the end. Thank you to Ray and the men who did the job.

They are the rudest bunch of unhappy employees. They have done 1 too many homes in my neighborhood. They are the noisiest workers ever! They talk about you in Spanish, curse aloud, there's an annoying guy that loves to whistle (while he works) ugh! They just toss stuff all over the lawns, hitting anything nearby, what a mess! One neighbor had to go out and tell them to clean up their mess. There were nails, roof shingle pieces around for weeks after. Sure they're cheap, cheap laborers! I wouldn't let them replace my roof if they offered it for free. My neighbors don't need to hear their foul mouths and not know they are being rude to them. Although they where told in Spanish, unknowing a person across the street understood and told them to stop. So go ahead and hire them if you enjoy rudeness, disrespect and having to clean up after them.

Great company to work with. They follow through with what they promise. Two crews worked on our roof. Both were equally skilled, polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. We were under the gun due to insurance and they actually got it done EARLY! The finished roof looks fabulous! Can't say enough good things about this company.
