Dean R.ZERO STARS IF I COULD ...... Stay away from this company what ever you do .. They are very unprofessional and DO NOT stand behind their poor workmanship. They left us hanging, after MULTIPLE calls and promise's of them returning to repair their mistakes. We had a large commercial building roof coated with Poly Foam Spray a few years back. They buried one our mini-split ac units on the roof . When it was time to replace the a/c, the foam coating had to compromised due to them negligently foaming all over the legs and base of the a/c unit. Needless to say, with them ignoring us and making several promises to return, only to never show up - We had to spend $1,500 to have it repaired by another company. Never trust companies that don't stand behind their work - or their WORD !!

Their salesman Edward was especially helpful, he was knowledgeable and made sure everything was executed correctly. I'm thrilled with our roof I don't see any problems happening for a long time! Eric P.I have used Applied Roofing Services to install foam roof overlays on two commercial and one office building. So far the product appears to be performing every bit as good as I had hoped and have every expectation that it will continue to perform perfectly at least through the 20 year warranty period. Jeff and Jim Cardenas, who are the owners of Applied Roofing Services, have always been responsive and easy to work with, have done what they have said they would do, and have gotten the job done within a reasonable amount of time. So far I am very happy with Applied Roofing Services and their product, and would not hesitate to call them if I needed a foam roof overlay installed on any of the other properties I manage.
