We had damage to our roof and siding from a recent hail/wind storm. The Apple team provided exceptional service, both before and during the entire project. Particular shoutout to Parker who exceeded any and all expectations. He anticipated and addressed any questions and concerns on a daily basis and kept us fully informed at all times. He's an invaluable asset to Apple. Kudos also to Jason for his initial support in getting our roof replaced. Jason met with insurance adjuster and played a pivotal role in getting the project approved through our insurance. All in all, we'd highly recommend Apple Roofing as an extremely reputable roofing company.

Don't use this company! They pulled out of Arizona and did not complete our roof repair. We paid half of the cost and they incorrectly attempted a repair on our roof. We have called numerous times and No one will answer our calls. We want a refund of the 810.00 we paid. They are in breach of contract . They will reel you in and not follow through! Buyer beware! If I could give a minus 5 I would!

Apple roofing was great. They were here at daylight and finished up around 6pm the same day. They addressed every concern my wife and I had. The roof turned out beautiful with a lovely color that matches our home. Being on a fixed income was one of our major concerns. How would we pay for it? Our old roof was 23 years old and the insurance company would not pay. Apple was able to help us secure a low interest loan. On top of all that the final cost was about $1900 less than the quote they gave us. We are use to things costing more than expected not less. This was a very big surprise. For these reasons we recommend Apple Roofing and give them the best review.

The sales guy lived in my neighborhood. After a big hail storm the night before this guy shows up ringing my doorbell at 6:45am. I should have know right there this was an unprofessional company that preys on people. However, I decide to use them cause he's a neighbor and our kids go to the same school. Everything went fine until they submit their supplemental costs request to my insurance company. In the end I still owe then $900, which would have been fine, but then the harassment, idle threats and intimidation comes. They threaten to report me to the police and press charges for theft of services (but have already them paid over 10k). Logan G tries to become alpha male and invite himself to my home to pick up a check, he threatens to contact my employer and let them know they are owed money. He threatens to file a TREC complaint against my wife's real estate license. In all they are terrible people and I hope noone uses their services and they get sued again and logan has to file bankruptcy again. They suck.

My experience with Logan and his team at Apple Roofing is nothing short of spectacular. I am a single mom and having to deal with the stress of trusting a team to assist in a roof replacement and repairs to my fence, garage door, windows, etc was paralyzing. I have frequent door knockers offering ""assistance"" in home repairs. Thankfully, the team at Apple is professional, consultative, patient and kind. They made the process a JOY and the end product is nothing short of a miracle. I have received so many compliments from the neighborhood and will refer future needs to Apple every time. There are still reputable companies out there - and Apple is the right choice!
