I just had my light gray roof cleaned to remove black mold. Apple Roofing was recommended through Owens Corning, the shingle company that provided my shingles. They were prompt and courteous, both in returning my call and setting up the appointment. They were very careful with my landscaping and gave me instructions on keeping them from burning if there was runoff. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I will use them again the next time my roof needs to be cleaned.

I had Apple Roof Cleaning clean my house. None of the shrubbery close to the house was covered. The day following the cleaning I observed sever shrubs dying due to the chemicals having been splashed on them. I called Chris, the owner, to discuss but he does not return my call. Guess once he has been paid you shouldn't expect that he will take care of any problems.

Apple roof cleaning cleaned our concrete tile roof with a chemical soft wash and I couldn't be more pleased! This is a family owned and operated business and James was professional and detailed in his work. He arrived on time and answered a few questions I had.
If you don't want broken roof tiles and/or a dirty roof you should call Apple 813-655-8777. I wish that I had taken a picture of before and after...my roof looks brand new!

Apple roof cleaning made a dirty roof of mine look brand new ! They were prompt and careful to protect plants from the chemical mixture used during the process. They were also very affordable ! For just a little more they cleaned the front exterior of my house too. It changed the entire look of my home ! I highly recommend Chris and his staff !

I had a very bad experience with this company. They damaged my property (shutter and windows damaged) and gave me a very hard time about repairing it, saying they didn't damage anything. Pictures from the day before show that nothing was broken then. The tenants in the property (who have always been wonderful at telling me about damage to the house) also reported that the damage was caused by the guys washing the roof. I will definitely not work with them again.

I used them to clean my aunts roof and a lot of her flowers and plants were decimated. The roof was clean but the plants all died. Customer service was so so. I would not recommend.
