I needed to have my roof repaired due to a small leak I had in my kitchen. Apollo was very prompt in returning my call for an estimate and showed up on time to examine my roof. After reviewing several proposals, I went with Apollo because of their presentation (which included all high quality materials), as well as a 5 year guarantee on the repair. My roof still had at least another decade or so before it needs a full replacement. So Apollo provided me with the best solution, given the cost (along with the guarantee). Benjamin oversaw the project and it was completed in one day with no remaining debris onsite. Benjamin was very accessible, answered all my questions, was on-site to ensure the repair was completed properly and on-time by his team. Following up on my previous review now that the roof job is complete! We are very happy with the final result - we had to navigate through tough weather which delayed the project a few times, but Benjamin was very communicative throughout the delays.

Regarding the project itself, there were a few issues that came up as they took off the original roof (finding an additional layer of shingle, some wood that needed to be replaced, etc...). Benjamin and the team were very fair and helped to absorb some of the costs associated with these to keep the project as close to the quote as possible.

As you can see from the images, we are left with a beautiful roof that makes our house look much better than before. I would definitely recommend Apollo for any future roofing needs!

Having never had to reroof a house, wasn't sure what to expect. it's nice when a company does what it says, delivers on time(actually ahead in this case), and communicates well. I had to find a roof company to replace my parents' old single family home. I didn't know where to start so I turned to Yelp and submitted a project to receive quotes. I had about 10 vendors that I was considering and I met up with 6 of them to get quotes in person. Apollo Roofing company was the 7th company that came by and I met Zach.

Zach was really nice and listened to my concerns about repairs and answered questions that I had. He didn't push to upsell me on the roof and was very knowledgeable about torchdown roofing (which he suggested for another part of our house that had a flatter angle than the rest). We chose to go with Apollo because the price they charged was competitive and reasonable against the other quotes that I received. Zach was also the only roofing vendor that mentioned torchdown as the correct option for our back room (since it was so flat on the roof) - no other roofing companies suggested it. This highlighted that he was experienced and knowledgeable and so we felt Apollo would be the best choice for moving forward.

Throughout the process Zach was always really responsive and texted/called me back quickly. Apollo representatives at the office were also great at sending me contract, signature, invoices, etc. The roofing crew who came did a great job at tear down and replacement and cleaned up the debris daily. Any questions that my parents or I had about the project, Zach was really great at following through to ensure that our concerns were addressed. An example was that we were scheduled to start in early November but there was estimated chance of 50% rain. My parents wanted to delay and wait until it was 0% rain. Zach was understanding and helped us reschedule the following week. There was a small window where we had four day of no rain and the crew managed to start and finish within these few days.

Replacing a roof is such a huge project and I am really glad that we went with Apollo Roofing company. They were reliable and honest people who provided excellent workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get their roof fixed/replaced.

Apollo was amazing. They were efficient responsive and fast, Patrick Smith was my point person and he contacted me at least daily to explain the process and rapidly addressed any concerns. getting a roofer for a high roof in San Francisco was not easy and Apollo was the most responsive and mid range of the 3 quotes I got. They were done in 4 days - there was some damage to one tile and 1 foot of woodwork which they repaired day 5. I highly recommend them for the quality of their work, value and ease of working with them.

Apollo roofing provided excellent customer service, professionalism and work for two houses. The project manager (Matti) was diligent, thorough in explaining the roofing damage and was fair in price. His crew was on time, responsive to my needs, took the necessary time and care for tear-down/cleanup, and did a great job applying the new roof. They provided photos of the tear-down and finished job. I did a visual inspection of the roof and everything looked great, as promised. I would highly recommend using Apollo roofing.

Apollo Roofing did a great job from the first meeting until the end. Matthew was wonderful to work with--brought various samples until we were happy with one, worked to make sure the correct product was installed after some issues arose, rectified an accident with one of his guys stepping through the sheetrock--quickly lined up workmen to fix this, and made sure everything was cleaned and the permit signed before final payment. Really appreciated working with him and Apollo. Highly recommend.
