This review is only for their customer service which was so bad that I couldn't even get to schedule an appointment. I asked for a quote via Yelp and they insist on speaking by phone. Then when you call them it goes to an answering service who can't schedule anything. I asked repeatedly why they can't schedule via Yelp messaging service and they insist on speaking by phone when every other company will communicate via Yelp (where I found the company). Seems way too difficult to try to work with them

I hired Apollo based on Vladi, his non-pressure sales tactics and his knowledge. I sent a Yelp multiple company quote request as I often do for large home projects. I wouldn't say Apollo was the cheapest but they were reasonably enough priced and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and on top-of-it staff. Luckily they were able to start my project sooner than expected and they finished in 2 days, despite the rain in between.

Zach came out to the property on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to take a good look at the roof and give me an honest determination that my issue like more with my window than the roof itself. He saved me a lot of money. It was a good experience and I highly recommend working with him if you want to get an estimate with integrity.

Unlike representatives from other companies, Daniel was friendly, professional, and thorough. He provided images of the areas needing repair and offered a reasonable price. I needed the repairs done quickly, and Daniel and his crew arrived early the following week, right on time. They started promptly and completed the job in just a few hours. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and the results were excellent.

While his pricing was higher, he provided more detailed information and answered my questions thoroughly, explaining the work better than the others. I contacted Apollo roofing and they came out next day or so, being very flexible to fit into my crazy schedule. Shahir was super friendly and professional, my wife and I, sat with him, around the dining table after a thorough inspection of the roof with taking careful pictures of the roof, testing the dry root, checking the flashing etc. clearly going through the details. Of all the roofing quotes shahir was by far the most thorough, with detailed clear explanations and a quote that very evening. He was very fair and honest, let us pick the colors, quality of shingles and explained the trade offs, but didn't pressure us. I would highly recommend Apollo to anyone seeking a quality roof which is important with our intense storms we have been getting.
