Our reroofing project (changing 4100+ sq ft of wood shake to high-end asphalt shingle) overseen by project manager Guy Israel was truly a five-star production! Guy and his crew were incredibly professional, responsive, understanding with no surprises and no questions or concerns left unanswered or taken care of. Work started a just after seven and ended (after daily clean up) at seven in the evening. we couldn't have been happier with the quality and workmanship of the final product ( including gutter guards). The care shown by Guy for our home, our family, ""Orley"" the dog and even our complaining neighbor was beyond what we expected and has led us to recommend Apollo and especially Guy to our friends, colleagues and neighbors.

Christine was clear and helpful regarding scheduling and payment issues. Danny did a much more thorough examination and explanation of my roof than any other company- taking the time to make sure I understood my choices regarding materials and color. We had to replace our sun room roof and reached out to Apollo roofing. Daniel was very thorough with his inspection and we felt at ease that the job would be done right after talking to him.

the bad:

There were some delays w.r.t. scheduling of our job and there wasn't enough communication from the front office. Also when the project started, on the very first day, only one person came to remove the old roof. He seemed very inexperienced he lost balance while trying to remove the old roof and almost fell through our sun room roof creating a ~4'X3' hole in the roof! Thankfully no one was injured. Later he said that he has covered the hole with tarp but it was hardly covered.
Needless to say we were extremely unhappy and were not sure how would the rest of the project work be done.

the great:

Daniel took full responsibility and salvaged the situation like a pro. He came in and reviewed the situation, he saw that tarp was not laid out correctly, he himself covered the whole roof with tarp and then put wood boards on top.
From the next day onwards he was there the whole time and made sure that the job is done right, like ensuring that there is proper slope for the water and the layers are put correctly on top. Since it was an old roof we had some surprises but Daniel kept options open and kept recommending the best way forward. He saw to it that roof was fixed from the inside and the whole thing is repainted. All this, while he was dealing with a family emergency.
He is detail oriented, values his work and shows full ownership. From the biggest things to the smallest like making sure that the place is cleaned up properly off nails and screws as we have small kids. He is a pleasure to work with.

Our home in Vallejo had a very old flat roof, maybe 20 years? The leaking roof was noticed at our window frames and casings which was a great concern for sure. The Project Manager, Guy, went through the entire process to have the roof reroofed. He presented very professional and was available at all times. The men working on the roof were very professional and polite as well. The work looks beautiful, and there was absolutely no clean for us to do..... anywhere. I would recommend this company, there price was fair...compared to the other roofing companies that bid on the job. We are very pleased with the work done on our roof, it looks great.

We got a new roof with Apollo Roofing. I researched many of roofing companies on Yelp, and some are diamond certified and some with very good reviews. With 5 proposals from 5 companies, I decided on Apollo Roofing with a 3 ply torch down method, because their pricing is fair and comparable with others. I was especially impressed with Danny who spent time completing a detailed estimate and identified the potential issues. I had some estimates done in less than 10 min without any details. The communication with Jennifer at the office have always been professional and prompt. They have a ""can do"" attitude and willing to put things right.

Roofing is not easy and is not cheap, and it's important to homeowners with roofing issues. I recommend Apollo Roofing as I had a very good experience throughout the process.

Daniel Zinger came out to the house, on time to give an estimate on some minor roof repairs to a Spanish tile roof. I had stopped a leak during the winter by sealing with flex seal some small cracks in the cement that hold the ridge tiles . After inspecting the whole roof with help of his drone, he advised that my fix was acceptable and there were no other issues with the cement on the other roof tiles.
Because the cap tiles that I had fixed were near a wall, the proper fix to Apollo Roofing standards , meant first removing the tile , replace the flashing and then re-applying fresh cement. His advise was that it was not worth the cost.
