Greg provided all the information the HoA required in order to approve the new shingles in a timely manner. He also worked closely with the insurance company's adjuster. I appreciated their pricing/deductible costs being transparent, which isn't always the case with roofing contractors.
I hope you won't need a new roof, but if you live in North Texas, I'd highly recommend Apogee.
