He ensures you are completely satisfied with his work and when the job is complete he will show you everything he has done and how it was done for your approval. When it comes to roofing and guttering Sergio is the only number we call because we know he priced right and the job will be done right. If you are not using APEX services you are wasting money.

I was in the trades myself for thirty years and I only wish I could have worked with Sergio in my own businesses. Sergio found things the insurance company overlooked and he took the time to explain everything he was proposing.

I would not ever consider anyone other the Sergio wo work on my home.

Sergio's work was impeccable. He fixed our chimney, our guttering that was damaged and roofed our roof, and repaired structural damage under the roofing tiles. He showed all the things that needed redone on the roof itself and the chimney, made several trips to home depot to get supplies, never complained, worked over 16 hours on the roofing/repairs, and charged us a more than fair rate for the hard work, he and his crew did. I paid all repairs out of pocket, and did not mind at all paying him. It was a job well done that will last along time. I would have them to do our work anytime. I tried to post 5 stars but site wouldn't let me. I would give 6 stars to Sergio and team. I couldn't be happier with the new roof and vents. If you want it done right, use Apex Roofing. There were structural problems below the old roof, and Apex fixed them and disclosed issues so we could get them fixed. thank you Apex.

LOVE our roof! Sergio has done work for us twice now. The first time he was the only roofer willing to do a small repair. Two years later, when we had significant hail damage, he and his wife, Jennifer, took the time to thoroughly explain the claims process. They then managed the entire project (more damage than just the roof!) and coordinated other contractors seamlessly. We upgraded our shingles for a very reasonable price and everything was done in 3 days, start to finish! The roof was done on day 1, in 1 day...and it's beautiful! Cleanup was thorough, everyone brought on site was professional and friendly.

Apex did a major cleanout and repairs on my 15 year old gutters with screens. Part of the screens were off and there was a lot of debris in the gutters causing them to overflow. Apex came in and did a thorough job of cleaning, repairing, and upgrading my downspouts. I was very impressed with their service and workmanship. Would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them..
