Initially all was good. A representative came and inspected my roof, found damage and they helped me initiate the insurance claim. All was approved, signed the contract and put down $2400.00. Approximately a week later I get a call saying they can't do the work for the amount approved by insurance. At this point I needed to look elsewhere. I relayed this to my account representative on Friday , she said ok, just needed approval from a supervisor. Monday was a holiday, I had not heard anything back on Tuesday. When I called I was told my representative was not available, but notes showed they were waiting on supervisor approval. I asked to speak to a supervisor,, my representative ( who I was told wasn't available) got on the phone! She explained that she was just waiting on her supervisor to approve!! After letting her know of my strong dissatisfaction, she assured me she would make it a priority. Late that afternoon, she called me and said the check was approved. That was 9/3,,it's now 9/11 and still no check!!! I STRONGLY advise anyone to consider this before they commit to APEX!

Apex Roofing and Restoration has been a nightmare, and their referral of Morgan Law Group has only increased the dissatisfaction with my experience. Apex Roofing & Restoration did not show up for the initial insurance inspection. Many of my calls and emails got no response. Apex Roofing prices were off the chart. Morgan Law Group took 25% of the settlement and denied me a copy of their billing despite our agreement on 10% plus expenses. Apex will take 15% of my settlement. Apex is disingenuous and their adjusted pricing after settlement is downright dishonest from the start. It is my opinion that Apex Roofing are scammers wanting to get their fee without ever repairing your roof. I would not recommend Apex Roofing nor their cohort, Morgan Law Group.

Do not use APEX Roofing! They are shady and the will overcharge you. Prices are way above the norm. Check around and get quotes from other reputable roofers! Avoid them at all costs!

I have had a terrible experience with APEX and will never recommend it to any of my friends or family. I have been patiently waiting on APEX for over a year now to have my roof replaced, and have gotten nowhere. It has gotten so bad, that I feel the need to write my first review ever and warn others about what really goes on with this company. In December of 2020, they sent a random representative knocking on my door saying they could process my roof through my insurance. I was already planning on replacing my roof in the upcoming months, so I went ahead with the process. It is now February 2022, I have been suffering with a leaking roof for the last 9 months. When this initially happened I called APEX and they sent someone out to put a tarp on the roof for $1600. They did a terrible installation job, in less than 30 days half of it was flapping around in the air and I was back to water leaking in my house. I constantly reached out for them for over a month with no one getting back to me. After 2 months a lawyer was able to get ahold of them. APEX came out again, re-tarped the roof, and charged my account $3000. Double the original price to come out and fix the bad job they did in the first place. I tried reaching out to them for a few more months to get an update on my case and they were no help at all. Their exact words was ""We have not been able to get ahold of your the lawyer we assigned to your case, so you just have to wait for now, we will let you know when we hear something"". I received that same back and fourth for the last 10 months. In December 2021, I complained to them about the about how my living conditions are affected, the interior areas that suffered from the leaking roof has started to rot and form bits of mold. APEX sent their people to my house a few weeks later (the beginning of January 2022), they did absolutely nothing, they walked around on the roof, took pictures of the existing tarp they placed their a few months back, and charged my account another $3000. I had enough, I told them I wanted out and in return they told me I have a balance of $8000 on the account that needs to be paid off. They are a terrible, greedy company, that has no regards' for the customer. They are trying to get $37,000 from my insurance company, for a roof that 3 other contractors quoted $15,000. Their customer service is terrible, their workmanship is terrible, and they have put me through hell for the last year plus. I will never recommend them to anyone, and highly encourage people to consider this review when they contact you for your business.

great job on my roof over ordered and you never got a permit so i can't get the discounts on my insurance ( you know them the guys who paid your over inflated price)

If I could post a zero star rating I would. After 6 weeks the never even applied for a permit nor did the order the roof shingles. I followed up with them ever other week to find out when they would move forward and got nowhere. When I did speak with someone he had nothing but excuses and did had zero accountability for doing absolutely nothing in 6 weeks. I was clearly upset about it and I was told I was rude like I was supposed to be pleasant about the fact that the did nothing but take my check for 6 weeks. Then I was told I was stopping them from doing their job. I signed the contract and paid and they did nothing but give me excuses. After speaking to the manager with the big bag of excuses I ask to speak to his boss and he said it was only the owner on top of him and I said I would like to speak with him. Never got a call from him on an email say I have been refunded but I have yet to see a check from them. I could have hire someone else and had a new roof completed by now but they totally have sandbagged me. You should hire someone else these people have zero integrity, and refuse to be accountable for their actions or lack there of.

We are very satisfied with our roof. They were very organized, prompt and professional. Our roof was completed in two days. We would highly recommend them.

Sales person used the words ""at no expense to you"". I confirmed this multiple times before engaging with Apex. The sales person knocked on my door. I wasn't interested at first. What caught my attention was the fact that they had a legal team working for getting peoples roofs replaced and that they could get my roof replaced with no out of pocket expense to me. I signed all of the paperwork and worked with them to get my insurance claim done. A few weeks go buy and a guy shows up to help me pick out my shingles. This is when i find out that I will have to pay $2500. Please be aware! When the sales person uses the words ""at no expense to you"", it is a lie and a scam.

I waited 3 weeks for a quote from this company. They would not write me out a proposal/work contract and did not call or show up the day they said they were coming. Lousy customer service, poor communication and very inconsiderate work ethic.
