They wrote a 4 sentence report which was insufficient for an underwriter and have been harassing me via cellphone and email for an entire day with petty, sarcastic, and irrational threats of charging me interest for a disputed sum. These guys responded to a rational dialog about pricing by becoming emotional and antagonistic immediately. I wish they didn't have my address. Caveat emptor.
