Great company!

Recently we had our roof replaced, luckily, we selected Gorilla Roofing.

The Gorilla team consisting of our salesman Nick, Chris the foremen and Scott the general manager did an outstanding job.

Every step of the job was well coordinated.

The dumpster arrives one afternoon.

The next morning Chris shows up with the crew. The roof is stripped, and roofing paper is installed.

Next morning the building inspector shows up, of course the roof passed inspection.

Later, on the day of inspection Chris shows up with his crew and the roof is installed.

Next morning the dumpster is picked up.

Nice to deal with a team of professionals!

I am a hard sell, and by nature, very skeptical. So, when I was approached by a salesman from Apex Roofing to explain how I could be eligible for a new roof for just the cost of my insurance deductible (2500 dollars), I was thinking no way! But David was very personable so, what the hell, since my roof was at the end of its life, I gave him a few moments to hear his pitch. I am SO glad that I did! He explained the process clearly. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. They, of course, came back with some ridiculous, low ball offer of 3500.00, minus the deductible of 2500.00, for a net check of 1000.00. (He did say that would happen). Scott, the General Manager got involved in the negotiations. He had said that he has about a 50% success rate, but was rebuked. No worries, he then got their attorneys involved and they were extremely successful! Not only did they negotiate a fully UPGRADED shingles roof system, ( I had plain 3 tab shingles original to the home and received heavy duty architectural, dimensional shingles), they ALSO negotiated an entire re decking of my roof area with new plywood sheathing over my existing tongue and groove cedar planking to bring the roof system to code and REALLY reinforce my roof, I also received new gutter and downspouts that I never had and desperately needed! Gotta give a big shout out to Cohen and Cohen, awesome attorneys!!! (By the way, all fees covered in settlement, no cost to me!). The Roofing crew was exceptional! Very talented, quick, and experienced. Chris, the General superintendent, was friendly, informative, and professional. The entire job including staging, rip off of old roof, decking and carpentry, drip edge installation, dry in and installation of shingles was completed in a day and a half! The workmanship was exquisite! (By the way, did I mention that I used to he a project manager for a roofing company in Orlando?) I was extremely impressed with their work. Top of the line, quality materials and no cutting corners or shortcuts! I would highly recommend Apex Roofing for ANY Roofing job that you may need. So, if you are lucky enough to have a salesman call on you in the future, please spare him a
moment or 2 of your time. I guarantee, you will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you David, Scott, and Chris for a job WELL DONE!!!
