Terrible customer service. Receptionist scheduled an appt with my senior citizen mom, to come look at a leak that was under warranty. Roofer no-showed, mom called back. Was told he was there and rang doorbell but no answer. Mom has no doorbell and she pointed that out. Then she said someone wrote the address down wrong and he went to the wrong house. Nope - not an excuse since my mom had already called after he was an hour late - they should have caught that, and my mom had them verify the address which was correct. Lie #2. Now, after wasting all morning waiting for him, mom is stressed because she's been told that now he can't come until tomorrow. The did a crappy job before and she wouldn't have called them again, but has no choice because it's under their warranty and she is on a fixed income. Any issues with the reschedule tomorrow will result in a call to the Better Business Bureau and posting on community pages about bad businesses.

Don't use this company. agreed with Apex cost for the total job. After they completed the job, they told me it cost $500 more for stuff they couldn't account for when took the roof apart. I was pissed. They said there are lines in the job contract stating they have the right to charge for more. I am not mad because of the additional cost. I am pissed because they didn't verbally tell me up front instead of some hidden verbiage buried on page 2 of the contract

Do not let them do a roof certification if you are buying a house! Apex did a roof certification for me 3 years ago when I bought my house with a two year warranty. When I called about the warranty because some shingles blew off the lady told me the warranty doesn't cover that and hung up. There has been a significant amount of shingles blow off in the last couple years so I inquired about having the roof repaired. I have had several roofers come out and give me estimates and opinions. All the roofers, including there own estimator have no idea how my roof was ever certified and the roof was junk 5 years ago and should have never been certified. I am now getting it replaced for $10,000 . I tried to contact a manager and have left messages for her to call me. She never has.

Lets see they don't even respond unless their deposit is cashed, then they'll call you weeks later. They will constantly reach out to get their deposit, but once they get that they disappear. I was told my ""start"" date was approaching but I come to find out its for a month and a half out haha. What a joke. Stay away unless you like to chase people then by all mean use them and let me know later how it went. Got a hold of someone and they tell me the person in charge has left early. I call again and get the same thing a few days later. We called to cancel later on and right away they state we wont get our $200 deposit back. Never again.

Bad bad company a rip off. Sloppy work roof still leaked never stood behind their work whatsoever could care less just after your money.

I have to say I was having a bad day when I called Apex Roofing because of the leaks in my roof. The girls in the office where so nice never rude to me. They where very busy but tried their best to fit me in their schedule. I'm happy I didn't go with another company because Apex is truly amazing. My roof had never looked so beautiful. Even my neighbor got their roof done by them due to the great job they did on mine. My estimator William was such a good person, he adapted his busy schedule to my schedule for a free estimate. I will most certainly be calling them in the future if I ever need them.

Terrible job and warranty service. Roof done in 2013 and now having issues with flashing and flat roof. They refuse to recognize problem after I had two independent roofers look at it. There is an added patio which we take responsibility for but there are obvious problem with the portions they installed. Rude office managed has not even called. Would not recommend

Randy and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. We were unsatisfied with a small section of the completed job. Randy made sure that the guys came back and fixed the issue right away. I'd definitely recommend using his services if you need work on your roof. Our house is now leak free and a lot cooler due to ventilation he installed. A+ service and communication.

William Caceres came to our house and provided a free estimate to replace some dry rot happening on our roof. He was on-time and very knowledgeable. I frequently spoke to Teresa who answered all my questions and provided outstanding customer service. Even though my husband decided to perform the task himself I wanted to leave a positive review because it was such a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them. By the way the proposal was very comprehensive and competitive.
