This roofing company is terrible! They left a mess on the stripping in the corner and a hole in the wall where a worker had broken a spigot getting water. The gutters were left unfastened and draining in the wrong direction. They ruined my bird of paradise plant. No one on the crew spoke English so we couldn't communicate with them at all. It took 3 months and multiple phone calls and e-mails to get them back to fix it. They were trying to get us to accept it by waiting us out. It didn't work. After they finally fixed it, they sent a nasty collection letter 3 days after finally finishing the job and a registered letter 10 days after finishing the work. It took them 6 months from the day we signed the contract until they finished. They are rude, no communication, blamed everything on the office. 33 years of owning this house and this is the worst repair experience by far! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

After seeing a roof leak & contacting ACP for a tarp, APC placed the tarp on incorrectly (they nailed the tarp, did not use sandbags, & did not put the tarp over the roof peak). Because the tarp was nailed and not over the peak, when it rained my ceiling now has 3X the damage. When calling APC, the manager was always ""in a meeting"".
