We recently purchased an older home that needed a new roof. I contacted AP Roofing and immediately I could tell they were very responsive and efficient. Leo came out for the initial consult and was great. We had bids/consults from 5 companies, including Home Depot & Lowes, and he was by far the most detailed and thorough. The roof was done over 4 days, shorter than the initially estimated time frame, and the workers were also very good. They were clean, fast, and worked hard. Leo came by every day to check on the progress and to give updates - including taking progress photos on his phone. It was also very easy to reach him (or Asher) by phone or email. We had a great experience and were happy with our choice to go with AP Roofing. They are a great company and we have complete confidence in their work.

They did a good job, however if you contract them make sure to ask for the wood be paint before they install it. I have to contract another company to PAINT the row wood that they did NOT paint it before install, and my house has a very high ceiling. The wood will be destroy faster because the they did not paint it.

Phenomenal interaction with staff especially Leo who was available to answer my numerous questions. The staff/workers were thorough and appeared quite knowledgeable -- they promptly located the areas where the leaks had occurred and repaired in short order. They left the areas clean and hauled away any debris. We really appreciated that they didn't try to convince us to do more than what was necessary to address the problem -- which was not the case with other contractors. We will definitely use AP Roofing for any future needs.

Like many people in Southern California, we discovered during recent rainstorms that we had a leaky roof. It was so bad in one area that water had come in and caused a light fixture to short out, which was how we discovered the problem. Our electrician recommended AP Roofing, who came out promptly to give us an estimate during a very busy time. Asher took a bunch of pictures to show us where the problem areas were (pretty much the whole roof, which was really old), spent time explaining why we needed to get ""Cool Roof"" shingles, etc. The work was completed beautifully as soon as possible (had to be scheduled for a dry spell between rainstorms) and Asher even replaced our broken Fiberglas skylight-y thing over an outdoor atrium. His crew replaced quite a few rotted pieces of wood in the process, all of which was included in the bid. He then went out of his way to help us apply for a DWP rebate for the Cool Roof installation, which we did get and which was a big help. (It also does seem to be keeping AC costs down, now that we are into the summer heat.) I would not hesitate to recommend AP Roofing for any roofing job.

ATTENTION ALL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES!!!! I called this company to get a roof repair for a house that we manage and the company refused to go out.

Their reason was that it is company policy to ONLY deal with the owner. Which defeats the purpose of a property owner hiring a property management company to manage their property as their agent.
