AP Just Completed a Repair on my Concrete Tile Roof. It covered about 600 square ft. They Provided a detailed report to me about the roofs condition. The work was very professional, the price very competitive, and the communication excellent. This company know with they are doing. I would highly recommend them for any roof repairs. I had 5 estimates and AP and one another company were virtually the same price, but I chose AP because of much better client communication.
I would use them again, if necessary

Very prompt, professional, and courteous gentleman showed up for the bid. Walked the roof, came down explained his process and how his bid penciled out. I liked him. His bid was 40% more the other 4 bids I received, so I didn't hire him. Unfortunately, I think the measurement was just off. My roofer, and the other 3 came in at 3600sqft and he came in at 4700.

We had AP Roofing install a new roof on our home this year. We were so impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of the company. Asher and Leo are top notch guys who were very thorough with our roof installation. We had the misfortune of some cracks in our roof that left a ton of debris in our living room. The next morning Leo and Asher hired a full service cleaning crew and they cleaned every crevice of our living room. The room looked cleaner than when they started the job! I highly recommend AP Roofing to anyone who wants a quality and affordable roof installation.

Heads up! They won't work unless the job minimum $2,000... I just called and even though their ad in Home Pros magazine says FREE estimate, she didn't even want to know the scope of work and offer to give estimate, right away she said ""our minimum is $2,000 is that ok with you? Seriously?

We recently purchased an older home that needed a new roof. I contacted AP Roofing and immediately I could tell they were very responsive and efficient. Leo came out for the initial consult and was great. We had bids/consults from 5 companies, including Home Depot & Lowes, and he was by far the most detailed and thorough. The roof was done over 4 days, shorter than the initially estimated time frame, and the workers were also very good. They were clean, fast, and worked hard. Leo came by every day to check on the progress and to give updates - including taking progress photos on his phone. It was also very easy to reach him (or Asher) by phone or email. We had a great experience and were happy with our choice to go with AP Roofing. They are a great company and we have complete confidence in their work.

They did a good job, however if you contract them make sure to ask for the wood be paint before they install it. I have to contract another company to PAINT the row wood that they did NOT paint it before install, and my house has a very high ceiling. The wood will be destroy faster because the they did not paint it.
