Looking to get our house roof shingles replaced, gotten 3 different estimates, and this company price was in the middle. We went with this contractor, mainly because of they're representative Mike, he came inspected and gave us a good presentation on materials, product, workmanship and so on, he was extremely nice and very informative, didn't make us feel pressured at all.

Workers came as scheduled, team of 3 guys worked fast and furious. Roof was done in 2 1/2 days. Fairly good with clean up afterwards.

With the new roof on and done with, satisfied with how it looks, very happy with the workmanship.

We've needed our roof replaced for years (it was the original) and had gone through endless presentations and quotes from different companies. We finally went with AP after meeting with Mike and it feeling much less like a ""pitch"" and more of just answering our pertinent questions and explaining the process clearly and without filler. They were able to schedule a start date the following week and we actually had to push it back about a month (our doing) which they accommodated without issue. The work went exactly as planned and only took five working days from start to finish. The crew was incredibly hardworking and personable and made us feel safe - especially with two little ones around during the construction. Mike came back to inspect the project the following day and make sure any additional questions or concerns were addressed. Everyone was wonderful to work with and would definitely recommend.

OMG!!!! They did the exterior painting of my single-level 1940 stucco house with 17 windows. EVERYONE I interacted with was professional, friendly, courteous, transparent, knowledgeable, and every other thing you'd want in a contractor.

Won't force you to read a long story.... going straight to the good stuff.
They did 2 walk-arounds with separate people BEFORE they even gave me an estimate.
Mike sat down with me and asked what I wanted done, what (if anything) I knew needed repairs, and then made his recommendation. He went through every part of the estimate in detail. Answered any questions I had. He was even kind enough to put up with me talking about my cats! LOL! Mike checked in with me multiple times during the week to ask how I felt everything was going.
Oscar and the crew came by and did ANOTHER walk around with me before they started prepping the house. He explained what was going to happen over the next 4 days and went straight to work in the 90 degree heat.
I appreciated that they always arrived in the morning, but not so early before I had my coffee. They always stayed the whole day (8-10 hours) and I'm not sure if they took breaks (never saw them taking a break at least). Oscar did the final walk-through with me and showed me that they did everything on the contract. He asked if everything was up to my satisfaction and did a few little picky things I asked them to do (I'm very extra). They were conscientious and cleaned and hauled away everything before they left.
Planning on calling them up soon to help me with my pavers in my front yard. Thanks guys! Y'all are the BEST!

My husband and I are absolutely over the moon with the beautiful finished work, exceptional service, professionalism, honesty, integrity, pricing, perfectly promised timing, commitment to perfection, and all around just great guys to work with! We did a COMPLETE overhaul of the outside of our home. We're talking stucco, trim, fascia boards, adding more wood paneling, paint, and a new roof! Mike Kim was our Project Manager and we cannot say enough A-mazing things about him! He was so reassuring and easy to work with. ANY questions we had were answered immediately and he came by our home multiple times to check on the progress. Hector was our wonderful Project Foreman. He, Jeremy, and the rest of his team really brought our vision to life. We honestly felt like they truly cared about our home and the job they were doing for us. We cannot thank Mike, Hector, and Jeremy enough!! These guys are THE best!

My mom's house needed a major facelift. She's been wanting to do work for years but never found a contractor she felt she could truly trust. (She's old & a widow so many people try to swindle her)
She spoke highly of Raul so I said I needed to meet him and whoever else will be in charge to go over everything before anything is started.
I decided to have 3 other contractors come provide a bid, I had already picked a winner, but my mom wanted Raul.
Raul & his partner Mike arrived 5 mins early, with a great attitude, clean and nicely dressed. They went over everything that needed to be done. The other contractors didn't point out the minor stuff. (Everyone else only gave me a quote for stucco repairs & paint) & I didn't want my moms house to look choppy/partially done. I work for a construction company so I can sniff out bad contractors but I was truly impressed with Raul & Mike. My mom's house looks beautiful, they did a great job!

We hired this contractors at the right time! First I was hesitant and no plans of doing my home renovation but when i started talking with the project manager and discussing all at the things needed to do and repair at the house i am convinced that this is the right people to do the job. I'm was so excited for them to start the renovation which I'm so glad i did. They stuccoed and painted my whole exterior walls, removed and replaced all the windows, repaired/ replaced my roofing and other things. They were also very nice and easy to talk when it comes to asking little favors to do small things to repair here and there. I'm very happy and satisfied with AP General Contractor. I made the right choice. Very satisfied with their service. Well done.
