1) THIS IS A TRUE STORY:
About four weeks ago, I came to realize that my ""new"" old home was literally the ONLY one on the block without gutters. From a respected referral, I called Any Time Gutter and spoke with ""Professor"" Kaufman, President of the company. He came the very same day and gave me an estimate. Discussed with me the best, but certainly not the easiest nor necessarily the cheapest method for protecting my property. Got a second opinion that was let's just say via a different plan of attack -- not wrong, but not as well thought out in terms of taking into account small things easily overlooked that could make a huge difference over time.
(2) AS FATE WOULD HAVE IT (aka: ""real-time testing""):
A few days after the project was flawlessly completed, we had I believe a stretch of 22 consecutive days of heavy summer rains.
(3) MY PHILOSOPHY ABOUT PUBLIC REVIEWS:
In general, I don't like leaving reviews and avoid negative reviews on the assumption that a Shit Happens to us all; b we all make mistakes or have bad days; c most problems can be resolved without drama; d what if I was the asshole?; and e I wouldn't want to adversely affect somebody's livelihood and have that on my conscience [see d.]. THAT SAID, I also rarely leave positive reviews. However sometimes they are truly earned.
(4) SATISFIED CUSTOMER
I am leaving this review because the job as planned and as it was executed, demonstrated exemplary workmanship and prescience. Mr. Arthur Kaufman is an interesting character, a good man who is, has and could have been great in any endeavor he so chose to pursue. I personally, for selfish reasons, am glad he is in the Gutter and Roofing business now!!

I would never recommend this guy to anyone. He first convinces you that he knows more than any other gutter company in America. He is much more expensive than anyone else. Then he designs a system to direct the rain water which works for a month or so. Then he does not want to properly fix the faulty design. Buyer beware of this guy. He sweet talks you. A very good salesman but not good with gutters.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS COMPANY FOR AN ESTIMATE!!! Arthur is one of the rudest, most disrespectful, imbeciles I have ever come across. (If you look at his website, you will understand the imbecile remark) I called him for an estimate on Friday and he answered the phone hello, no company name, just hello, I thought I had dialed the wrong number, but I said 'Is this anytime gutter' and the guy on the other end said yes, what can I do for you, so I said I was looking for an estimate, he had to think about it for a second and then said, 'yeah, I can do that.' I asked if this was Arthur, and he said 'yes, do I know you' and I replied 'no, but I was assuming it must be the owner, because no one would answer the phone that way. He then set up the appointment with me for mon at 10 am.

8:30 am Monday morning comes and Arthur calls and tells me he is going to be an hour or hour and a half late. I told him that was a problem since I had another company coming at 12 and he asked who? I told him that doesn't matter and he then told me 'why don't you just tell me the length of the gutters and I will quote you a price' I said 'how can you give me a quote without even coming to look at the job and see what needs to be done? I already have gutters and they may just need to be repaired, not replaced.' He then told me that I was looking for the cheapest job and he wasn't going to come out to my house so I could pick his brain and then go with the lowest price. I the told him what he was saying was crazy and that wasn't what I was trying to do at all, I was getting multiple estimates to get a price range and see what issues may be present from a few different points of view, but I see he isn't interested in the work, and that he didn't need to come to my house at all. The writing was clear on the wall. He then replied ' we do over $60 million a year in gutters' and that he was going to pass on the job. I told him he was a joke and there is no way he does numbers close to that and I would be writing a review of his despicable customer service and how he treats potential clients. Don't waste your time. All the negative reviews are spot on. STAY AWAY!!

Arthur came out gave me an estimate although he never went on the roof.Any time Gutter accepted the roof job,but never started the job.I called Arthur who is the President of the company 4 times to follow up.One time he placed me on hold for 5 minutes.I hung up and he never called back.I called him back and he said they would come out tomorrow.Guess what,No call ,No show.

This company advised me to have my screen enclosure put on stilts while they did the roof job.So now I am stuck with my pool screen enclosure suspended in midair while ANYTIME GUTTER & Screening left me holding the bag.I got 3 other estiomates that told me Any Time Gutter & Screening proposal was off tremendously.But what do you expect ,the guy never went on the roof.

I couldn't refer my worse enemy to this company.Arthur's customer service is hideous and ultimately disrespectful.Run,take a car,boat or train away from this company.

The best service was provided to us for our home repairs. They replaced our gutters with new seamless gutters and repaired the fascia replaced our screens in our screen enclosure and repaired a roof leak. All on time, quickly and efficiently.
