Jesse and his technician came out to inspect and fix a leak which was not fixed by another company when they came out on two prior ocassions. Jesse was punctual, professional and communicative. He quickly diagnosed the issue and temporarily fixed the leak. He came back and communicated that once the approval was received by the association his company would come back and fix the leak on a permanent basis. I am impressed by his services this far!

These nimrods were recently hired to clean the roofs in my complex in Aliso Viejo and clear them of debris. They decided to the use lawns residents pay monthly to be watered, manicured and maintained as workspaces. So they piled their tools and ladders on top of our grass areas while trudging on them in heavy work boots. Then they smashed and pulverized loose tile shingles by beating them against our lawns, damaging the landscaping. Who trained these idiots and where are their supervisors?

Our HOA is now looking for a different provider.

Today I was fortunate to have Jesse and his co-worker from Antis Roofing come to my condo complex to take a look at a roof leak in my unit. I was pleasantly surprised when Jesse arrived at my condo earlier than expected. I showed him the room where the leak took place. He took some pictures of the area where the leak occured. Jesse then told me that he was going up to the roof to take a look at the roof leak. He would then stop by my condo to update me on what they found. I found Jesse to be both knowledgeable and professional. After he finished looking at the roof, Jesse told me what he saw and he let me know that he would share that information with the HOA or property manager. Thanks Jesse for keeping me in the loop. You're an asset to your company!

Our roof had a leak from the recent rains, and Antis was hired by the HOA to fix it - a massive job! Robbie and team have been here for a couple of days, doing a very thorough repair. They are so kind and courteous to all of us in the condo building, informing us along the way, and even taking care of any roofing material that happens to drop into our patios. I think I can speak for all of us here in the neighborhood that we would highly recommend this company!
