Noticed a water stain on the ceiling in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Jesse with Antis came out and performed the inspection. They had to come inside to get an approximate location for the leak and were courteous and clean (they wore booties over their shoes). Then they went outside and up onto the roof. They found the culprit and Jesse came back to my front door and gave me the full report that he will send to the HOA in order to get the repair work performed. The whole process couldn't have been easier and faster. I am beyond satisfied.

My ceiling in my upstairs closet as well as my garage showed that I had a water leak most likely from the last big rains we had in end of March 2023. Antis Roofing came out and did a thorough and methodical investigation of my roof and found a couple areas that needed repair. Robbie and his two crew members were so personable and knowledgeable and kept me informed of each step in the process of their repair work. I would highly recommend them if you have had water leaks from the rain because they are truly professionals and will find it and fix it asap. Don't wait because El Niño is going to bring more rain.!!!

I recently had the pleasure of having Jessie and his coworker for a much-needed inspection job, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and communication truly set them apart.

They stood out automatically by showing how thoughtful they were by automatically putting in booties before entering my home and showed much consideration for mainting the cleanliness and protecting my floors, walls, and ceilings.

They patiently listened to my questions and provided comprehensive answers leaving no room for uncertainty. They even went the extra mile to locate the source of a slight leak which turned out to be a tiny nail. For background, we went through 2 other inspectors prior and they couldn't find the source of the leak.

We had some serious water get in behind some walls from the rains experienced this winter. Turns out a flash was missing/never installed. The HOA sent Antis out and Robbie and his crew installed a complete drain system along with much other needed repairs to the roof. Great work and outside should be all sealed up now. Time to address mold problem inside the walls now.
