Excellent job at a very competitive price. The crew was polite and hard-working, and they cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed ahead of schedule, and the work exceeded my expectations! Tony and Sharon are the nicest people and very honest. I love working with small, family-run businesses like Anthony Rainieri Roofing and would hire them, again, in a heartbeat!

We were very pleased with Rainieri Roofing in replacing our old wood shake roof with a
new 40-year composite roof in August 2014. Rainieri has been in business for 50 years.
Tony provided a comprehensive cost estimate with several alternatives and options. He drove us around the neighborhood until we spotted a roof color we liked.
Their employees are skilled craftsmen who can complete a project within 3.5 days.
Our new maintenance-free roof was a Landmark TL fiberglass-asphalt shingles over plywood, plus radiant barrier laminated to the plywood, with aluminum gutters, downspouts and gutter guards, with ridge top ventilation.
Hire Tony if you want the job done right at an affordable price.

Anthony Rainieri roofing Is the best! They showed up on time, finished on time that was quoted, job was professionally done, excellent work ethic, and area left clean afterwords. Tony, the owner is a kind of businessman that is rare to find nowadays, an honest type who keeps his word. I recommend this business for all your roof needs!

We had 2 houses roofed with Rainieri Roofing. The first house was OK, but the second house was a complete nightmare.
Our roof was replaced in the February timeframe, technically still rainy season, right? Typically a roofer needs 3-5 days of good weather with no rain, not a problem in Santa Clara, California.
So the crew ripped off the existing roof and covered it with plywood. That night there was a heavy rain storm and they had not covered and secured the roof with plastic. We had waterfalls dripping down the sides of the walls inside the house. The drywall was completely damaged from the water and the blown-in attic insulation was completely soaked. The ceiling drywall was sagging with all the water and water weight.
When the owner, came to see the water damage he said, ""Ah, that will dry up in a few days"". Most people should know that mold sets in within 48 hours, so we had to remove all the drywall and about 20 huge garbage bags of soaked attic insulation. The owner offered no help to remedy the situation. Yes, it was an unexpected rain storm, but the weather channel is a great source of information, and a roofer should know better, especially when they've been in the business for while. It was pure carelessness, with no scruples and us left with the cleanup work plus cost of re dry walling the whole interior of an 1800 square foot home.
We would give this business a minus 5 stars if we could.
