We needed repairs to our roof due to damage from Hurricane Ian. This was the only company who didn't insist the whole roof be replaced. It took a long time (10 months) to get it done. We understand that so many others had much worse damage. Charles completed the job carefully and well done.

I tried to find out if someone came to our house for an estimate. So far I have not heard from them and tried to call the office. Please contact us like last week to offer the estimate.
We are not trying to be critical but addressing an issue.
By going in person to the business, we were able to be put on a list. I appreciate that the roofing company didn't insist on a whole new roof like all the other contractors.
Our roof just got repaired this week. So far it looks good. Hopefully no more hurricane to test it.

I still have not had an assessment of roof damage. I would greatly appreciate a review although I got a complete roof replacement quote, but not sure that is needed.

It's been raining a lot these past several days, and late this morning (Saturday) we heard dripping on our living room floor and to our surprise there was water dripping from an area in our ceiling . . . we recorded the damage, called and left a message for Dan. I also sent the video to Dan and he contacted me immediately saying he would be to our house ASAP. I thought that meant as soon as they opened on Monday - No, he meant today - Saturday. He was truly worried about us this weekend with that leak and wanted to be sure it was taken care of. We have used Anthony C Leonard Roofing for our residence and our commercial buildings - Dan has always gone over and above and his crew teams are always professional, deliberate and detailed. Great company. Worked hard to get us the color shingles we wanted. Workers were awesome, worked hard and was on time every day. Clean up after job was amazing. Definitely would recommend this company.

They just replaced my roof.... The next day. Everyone in their office is professional, helpful and genuine. Replacing a roof is a big cost, you want someone good. You want someone who will make you NOT feel ripped off at the end of the day. The crew from start to finish was awesome and well worth it. Very pleased.

I contracted with Leonard Roofing 10/30/2020 through their representative Charles , for repairs to my roof facing the house on the right hand side of the house and Tropical silicone to be applied to the top portion of my roof for the sealant, the work was done on 11/3/2020, after the technitian left I got my ladder and looked at the repair on the right side of the roof it was still in very bad shape and not a complete job, so I called and Charles came out to look and sure enough he sent the same technitian out to complete the repair, after he left I again took out my ladder to see the work and it was such sloppy workmanship it looked like I did the repair, I just let it go at that time. It didn't rain for several month in 2020 and long into 2021 so I had no complaints until the rains started then of course the water was coming in again in my bathroom wall and shower doors, I called 8/6/2021, a technitian showed up 8/16/2021 I heard him on the roof moving around some tiles then he left, after it rained again I called 8/30/2021, their representative Charles was to come in on 8/31/2021 between 10-12, he didn't show so I called the office again and was told he would be here around 2pm he did show this time only to come in the door and immediately turn around and he left without seeing that the origional problem still existed, I called the office again, a few days later Daniel Leonard came over to view the problem I tried to explain the problem as clearly as possible he said he would send a technitian over to recoat the top roof and said some flashing needed needing caulk, which he said he took care of at that time, I called again 9/13/2021, emailed 9/16/2021 and left a message for Daniel Leonard 9/21/2021 still the same problem the date is 9/26/2021 and no one has gotten back to me on any of the previous three dates.

I am really impressed by the business ethics and professionalism of Anthony C. Leonard Roofing (ACLR). When we were putting our house on the market, we wondered if our aging, tile roof could be an issue.  Our real estate broker recommended that we ask ""her roofer"" (A. C. Leonard) to examine the roof. Within a week we were on their schedule. even though they were ""out straight"" with work. (I consider it a good sign when a service provider is so busy with work that you have to wait for an appointment.) Dan Leonard came exactly on time for our scheduled examination and his punctuality was appreciated. When he confirmed for us that the staining in the interior ceiling was, in fact, from a leak around the chimney, and that there was enough damage that a re-roofing would be needed, we asked him to send an estimate right away. We received the estimate within a couple of hours. Our buyers would prefer to manage the reproofing themselves, otherwise we would have definitely used Anthony C. Leonard Roofing. When I asked Dan Leonard what I owed for their services, as I never received an invoice, his reply was: ""It was my pleasure.  You do not owe us anything for the estimate.  Please let me know if you need anything further, or if you have any questions."" As I said, I am really impressed by the business ethics and professionalism. I think anyone who runs their business this way must do a great job. When we were looking into who should provide additional quotes, so that we'd have a few to consider, I came across a list of the top 25 roofers in Sarasota County. It didn't surprise me at all the Anthony C. Leonard Roofing was among these 25! Apparently they have a great reputation and service record.

Contracted for gutters to be installed Dan the owner a pleasant person I was told he would call the day before
That was 3wks ago.Today i was told the gutter person was on vacation. I was then put on hold, only then to be told they were 8 wks out. After canceling i came to the conclusion they were more of a roofing co. Wish them well!!!
