Great business - responsive, accommodating, and well priced (we only got estimates, since we're still in escrow). He was able to inspect the roof of our potential home with very little notice. There is a charge for inspections for homes you don't own - but he offered first to look at the roof via Google Earth and give me an unofficial estimate for free (in case that was all I needed.) Overall, just a great experience with this business, and we do plan to have them do our roof (if we close!) [They also have great reviews on Angie's List!]

My insurance company cut my insurance due to my old roof on my house. I contacted ANR and right away Eli and Andy came out to look at my roof and give an estimate to install a whole new roof. Andy the owner actually came and carefully explained everything to me as Eli was up in the roof looking over it. A couple of days later I send them the signed contract and we were up and running. They installed my whole roof in one day and I think they did a great job. The new roof looks beautiful. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. My next project would be to install a roof on my garage and when I do I will probably be contacting ANR again.

Changing a roof on your house, in my opinion, is perhaps the biggest pain in the neck that one can have. First, you do not know if the new roof would hold up under the rain. Second, you do not know if the company changing your roof would be in business to honor the warranty several years later down the road. Finally, the right roof changes the look of your house and clearly affects its value. With all these thoughts in my mind, I began careful research on the roofing companies at the beginning of the last year. Eventually, I settled on four that I called for a quote. ANR was one of them. I was surprised that all companies that I talked to tried to push asphalt shingle roofing on me. I hate asphalt shingles, because I had it before and also because I believe that it does not add to the character of the house. Asphalt shingles do not highlight your house and I have never seen anyone to stop by a house to say how beautiful the roof looked like with the asphalt shingles. For there reasons, I decided to have natural slate roof or metal. Unfortunately, almost everyone who I talked to, was pushing asphalt shingles. Everyone, but Andy at ANR roofing. He carefully listened to my concerns over asphalt shingles and agreed to quote me on a mental roof and on the slate. Eventually, we settled on the metal roofing due to the enormous cost of a natural slate. To my surprise, the cost of metal roofing was only about 15% more than dreaded asphalt shingles so I went for it. On top of everything, I had a complicated schedule for the ANR to deal with. I had other contractors to come to my house to sandblast my old stucco off, another contractor to place natural stone veneer on the lover part of my house and then have yet another contractor to redo a brand new stucco. Meanwhile, ANR had to remove the old roof, the dirtiest part of the job, then wait for all other contractors to come and finish their work, then wait for the painter to paint other parts of the house and only then install my new beautiful roof. We chose SteelRock metal tile in a beautiful mission red. House looks great. Furthermore, it looks so great that almost all of my neighbors made a point of stopping by my house to congratulate me on the job well done. I say, Job Well Done ANR! The best part, after all the rain that we had in December, no leaks were detected.

ANR's service is great! It was raining during the week we planned to do the roofing job, so Andy and his team put a temporary plastic on the leak to prevent further damage. Their level of professionalism, efficiency, and honesty is impeccable. Can't recommend them enough to our friends and family!

I live in San Diego and its imperative and essential to have reviews for businesses when you don't live close enough to follow their reputation
closely. I have had plumbing problems in the past and called on a plumber my realtor recommended and it turned out he was unlicensed and was able to steal money from my trusting self. I learned a big lesson there but what an expensive one to learn.
This is not at all the experience I have had with ANR Roofing.
I worked closely with Ricardo for several days to get the problem diagnosed and roof replaced ultimately in the end. He did what he promised and went above and beyond by sending me snippets as the job went on and even sent pictures as the work progressed. It was such a painless process and a joy to find such a reputable company to work with. Excellent customer service and excellent work. Would absolutely use them again.

We hired ANR to replace the aging roof on our home and detached garage. They also installed two solar tube lights, a solar attic fan, and gutters. We also had additional insulation blown in to our attic.

I met with several roofing contractors prior to selection of ANR. Our roof was in sad shape, and we needed to get it replaced before any rain begins. Based upon their bid, responsiveness and professionalism I chose them above the others. I worked with Ruben on the proposal and once we came to terms, I dealt mostly with Ricardo for scheduling, etc. The workers arrived promptly every day on time, worked all day, and left in the late afternoon. It took 3 full days to complete the project and seemed to be very fast. Everyone on the crew was very professional, courteous and helpful. They did a good job cleaning up what was a really huge mess! I was kind of dreading this project as it is the first roof I've ever replaced and I had anxiety about it, but the guys from ANR were very understanding and thankfully we didn't have any surprises or hidden costs. The new roof is beautiful; I hope my neighbors are jealous. I love my sky lights. They dramatically change the dynamic of the rooms. I would highly recommend solar tube lights if you are going to be re-roofing. I wish I'd done more.

It has only just been installed, but with 10 years warranty on labor and 50 years on material, I am very confident that this roof is built to last. Bring on the rain and wind!! I did not have any issues or complaints with the project, and overall I am very pleased with the quality and professionalism provided by ANR.

I was forced to get a new roof on my garage by my insurance company (they did a ""drive by"", peeked over a locked gate, and saw that I had a tarp on part of the garage roof because of damage from the 11/11 windstorm), which I really couldn't afford, so I was not happy about having to go through this process. Every single person I dealt with at ANR made it simple, clear, and easy for me to understand. They were on time for estimate appointments and work days, completed the job on time, and cleaned up the mess. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and their ""gadgets and apps,"" like explaining the slope of the roof and why it was leaking on my front porch (I had them do some additional voluntary work because I was comfortable dealing with them and thought their prices were very competitive), and also showing me some damage they discovered at the peak of the roof on the house without me having to climb up there. They explained that because of the slope of the porch roof, the shingles that had been used originally were inappropriate and unable to keep the water from seeping through the roof (I have had three contractors look at that leak and this is the first time someone figured out the problem and fixed it - we've had several heavy rains since they fixed it, and it does not leak!)

The estimate was emailed to me very quickly after the first visit, they were able to start work immediately, and the men doing the work were quick, polite, and efficient. I am thrilled with the effectiveness and looks of the roof (and it has been tested in the rain - it doesn't leak).

There was not one single negative, no concerns, all went better than expected.
