From 1995 to 1998, I served as a construction supervisor at Pinn Brothers Construction in Fremont, California. Then, from 1998 to 2003, I was a foreman at TWE Framing Company, where we constructed homes for Standard Pacific in Northern California. I encountered a great mentor who saw my enthusiasm and dedication to improving home construction. He inquired why I repeatedly checked the structures, and I responded that since buyers pay a lot, I want to guarantee they get the quality they expect. He suggested I consider starting my own company and recommended that I obtain my contractor's license. So, I did, and that’s how I began my construction journey on February 28, 2004. I have faced ups and downs since then, but I have grown from small repairs to building custom homes of any size. I still manage small repairs and renovations, but I welcome bigger projects as well.
I take satisfaction in my work; all projects are significant, whether it’s a small bathroom update or an entire house build. I guarantee that every job is finished on schedule and within the quoted time. My goal is to construct according to your needs and the vision you have for your projects!

Another contracter quoted at 45,000 to fix Anner Hernandez's poor work. Also not better business bureau accredited. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Neil F.I had my custom home build with this contractor. The home completion dead line had been passed more than 1 year. We are are now in a lawsuit with him. So save yourselves.

There is so much wrong and wasn't finished I would not hire him. He will tell you everything you want to hear but you will not get it. Again we did not get what we asked for from Anner Beware
