From 1995 to 1998, I served as a construction supervisor at Pinn Brothers Construction in Fremont, California. I worked as a foreman for TWE Framing Company from 1998 to 2003, focusing on home construction for Standard Pacific in Northern California. I met a wonderful person who acknowledged my drive and commitment to building better homes. He asked why I consistently inspected the structures, and I explained that buyers invest significant money, so I want to ensure they receive the quality they deserve. He encouraged me to start my own business and advised me to pursue my contractor's license. So, I did, and that’s how I began my construction journey on February 28, 2004. Since then, I have experienced both challenges and successes, but I have transitioned from small home repairs to creating custom homes of various sizes. I continue to handle small repairs and renovations, yet I am open to larger projects.
I take pride in every aspect of my work; every project is important, whether it’s a minor bathroom remodel or a complete home build. I make it a point to complete all work on time and within the specified timeframe. My goal is to construct according to your needs and the vision you have for your projects!

Another contracter quoted at 45,000 to fix Anner Hernandez's poor work. Also not better business bureau accredited. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Neil F.I had my custom home build with this contractor. The home completion dead line had been passed more than 1 year. We are are now in a lawsuit with him. So save yourselves.

There is so much wrong and wasn't finished I would not hire him. He will tell you everything you want to hear but you will not get it. Again we did not get what we asked for from Anner Beware
