Anner Construction places great importance on our customers' expectations and completes projects on schedule. We handle everything from single-room renovations to complete home builds. I am here to help you design or reconstruct the house of your dreams!
Between 1995 and 1998, I was a construction supervisor with Pinn Brothers in Fremont, California. I worked as a foreman for TWE Framing Company from 1998 to 2003, focusing on home construction for Standard Pacific in Northern California. During that time, I met a remarkable individual who recognized my passion and commitment to enhancing home quality. He inquired why I repeatedly checked the structures, and I responded that since buyers pay a lot, I want to guarantee they get the quality they expect. He motivated me to launch my own business and advised me to study further to get my contractor's license. I followed his guidance, and that’s how I launched my construction company on February 28, 2004. I won’t deny that I’ve had my share of challenges and triumphs since then, but I have evolved from handling minor repairs to constructing custom homes of all sizes. I still take on small repairs and renovations, but I am also ready for larger projects.
I am proud of the work I do; every project counts, from a small bathroom renovation to a full home construction. I make it a point to complete all work on time and within the specified timeframe. I aim to build in line with your requirements and the vision you hold for your projects!

Another contracter quoted at 45,000 to fix Anner Hernandez's poor work. Also not better business bureau accredited. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Neil F.I had my custom home build with this contractor. The home completion dead line had been passed more than 1 year. We are are now in a lawsuit with him. So save yourselves.

There is so much wrong and wasn't finished I would not hire him. He will tell you everything you want to hear but you will not get it. Again we did not get what we asked for from Anner Beware
