Outstanding customer service and quality of work! I got to know them when they were the lowest bidders to replace the roof of a building in San Francisco, when I was the facilities manager there about five years ago. The building is owned by a small non-profit and the roof replacement was funded by city grants, so lots of paperwork and delaying of work before the roofers could start their work. Andy's people were professional and pleasant to work with, always willing to discuss the process and educate me every step of the way. Then later they replaced the roof of my garage and home in Oakland. All work was done on time, no hidden costs and the crew was very friendly and left their workplace tidy at the end of each day. I would use them again.

I called the office mid June for a quote for my jobs roof, the receptionist who should be the nicest and most educated as they are the first contact repping for the company was less than kind, cranky and not professional! She refused her name when I asked who am I talking to and put me on hold for a really long time. I called right back and then she hangs up on me and pretended to say the connection was bad on the phone! Stupid me calls back again and she finally agrees to take my number and yet nobody has called me. If they work like this and turn down people calling them for a corporate building and have poor customer service from the get go, why would they be a good choice.

Andy's Roofing replaced the roof on the Boulder Creek Fire station. They did a great job and I would use them again.

This is the company contracted to roofing at work. A couple weeks of loud grinding and grinding gave everyone anxiety already.

The following was worst when the staff starting spreading the Liquid EPDM Roof Coating. The fumes from the work made everyone sick and sent a few to the hospital.
