Andrew came to install some sun shades at my home and he was so easy to work with that I asked if he would be interested in repairing some garage doors at a rental property we own.

Andrew came and looked at the project and listened to what I wanted to get done, he offered some great suggestions.

While we were there talking about the doors he pointed out that the exterior of the home needed to be painted (badly!) so he offered to give me a quote for both projects.

A few hours later Andrew had 2 quotes over to me, very detailed in what materials and labor each project required and the exterior painting was less than what I expected it to be.

Andrew was great at communicating with me as far as scheduling, when he would be picking up materials and dropping them off at the property. He was detailed, day by day, what work would be taking place and if it would impact the tenants.

Start to finish he was able to complete all the prep work and painting in less than 5 days, so much quicker than I thought it would be!

Andrew is hard working, honest and has really gone the extra mile to offer solutions to the problems you run into when your painting a 100+ year old house. His attention to detail is amazing! His pricing is amazing and his work ethic is great!

I had to purchased smoke detectors for inspection. It was last minute, but Andrew was able to come the next day and install it. Inspection passed. Also, he was able to switch one of the shower faucet that was leaking.
