Our house was hit by lightning which created a hole in the roof. Anastacio was able to come out just a few days after calling. I though he would just look at it and give me a quote but he was able to fix it on the spot for thousands less than another company quoted me. Great peace of mind!

Update-the owner reached out and left a comment back. I appreciate the apology and I can understand it being hectic with the heavier rain season here. I just wasn't sure what happened. No worries! I'll circle back if I still need help and we can take it from there. I didn't realize how things worked from their end and all the moving parts involved. I'd consider working with them again at least based off of the attentiveness and decent apology and explanation.

I wish I could give positive reviews, but my experience wasn't that great. They were good and fast about sending someone out to take a look at the condition of my roof, and the guy explained a rough estimate of what the costs would be for the repairs when he finished up, but I never heard anything back after that. I followed up a few times, and just decided to give up and go with another business that needed the work, I guess? Not sure what happened or why the ball was dropped, but it wasn't professional, unfortunately.

They did work for me in the past and from what I know is that I definitely wouldn't use them again. After thousands of dollar spent on my new roof, I still have leaking issues from where I spent $$$ on. What a shame found him here on Yelp and there work was shoddy at best. Agreed, like the other reviewers, I experienced long waits for them to come out and service me as well.

Excellent company! In February 2019, I called Andy Nichols Roofing about several leaks on my roof. Salvador came promptly and repaired the leaks. The receipt said that their work was guaranteed for one year.

Fast forward to September. I noticed a small stain on my roof. I called Andy Nichols Roofing and Salvador came out the same day. He found the source of the leak, sealed it - no questions asked. Andy followed up with a phone call.

I would no doubt use Andy Nichols Roofing again. Simply put, Salvador is excellent. Their customer service is superior.

I thoroughly recommend this company. I had a full roof and skylight replacement done by them. Richard, the Project Manager, did a wonderful job. I was nervous about selecting a roofing company and did a lot of research before arranging for quotes. Richard patiently answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole project. The project was completed on time with no surprise expenses. Cost was very reasonable in today's world. I especially liked that the contract was not written with a lot of legal language proclaiming what they were and were not responsible for in the project, They were clearly here to get the job done right. Santiago, the roofing foreman, did a great job coordinating his team and they all worked hard on a very hot day, including leaving my yard very nicely cleaned after the job. Salvador and his team did a great and quick job installing my skylight. They even went above and beyond duty to help me and my neighbor rescue my neighbor's kitten who was up in a tree and unable to get herself down. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Thanks for a job well done!

Chris took a look at my roof after a hail storm, and he was a straight shooter. An out-of-town roofer was adamant that it needed replacement. I sought a second opinion from Chris. He walked me through what he saw, what he didn't see, and was very honest about the condition of the roof. We agreed that replacement definitely wasn't needed right now. I would recommend Chris at Andy Nichols Roofing because of his honesty.

I used these guys to get an estimate to replace half of my roof. Richard came out and examined the roof and noticed hail damage. He advised me to call my insurance to have an adjuster come out. The adjuster came out and advised me that the whole roof needs to be replaced. This was the first time I have ever made a claim to my home and Richard was great at letting me know how the process worked. It was quick and painless and the contractors replacing my roof did a great job. I highly recommend these guys.
