I was very impressed with how many people showed up to re-roof my 3600 square-foot house and how quickly they did it. Two days. But the most important thing to me was how clean they left the premises both days! I didn't have to pick up any roofing nails or plastic or trash. I highly recommend this company

Andrus replaced our roof for us due to hail damage in 2018. They were pretty easy to work with and got to our house relatively quickly. The roof had some spots where shingles were sticking up when they left, but my husband was able to fix those, so we didn't call them to come back.
Fast forward to 2020: we are selling this home and the inspection came back saying code required we have a chimney cricket. We had no idea what in the world that even was, but thinking it was no big deal, we said we'd fix it per buyer's request. So we made contact with the salesman who worked on our roof replacement. My husband let him know per our inspection that code requires any roof with a chimney 30"" or wider to have a cricket. Our's measured at exactly 30"". He said their policy was that anything over 30"" would have a cricket installed, which is why it wasn't done in the first place.
He quoted my husband $250-$300 to have one built and installed on our timeline and we agreed, happy to get it done. (We had been told by several people who work with this sort of stuff that many companies will come out and add one later at decreased price or without charge, but of course, we understood since it was two years later and we were pressed for time.)
They came and installed the cricket, as promised, this week so that we could meet our deadlines. The roofers left without giving me a chance to pay them, so we contacted the company asking for an invoice so we could add it to our sale papers. Total price had increased from that initial estimate of $250-$300 to $400. They were here less than an hour and the actual cricket had been built before they came here, so it was just installation work.
I was really disappointed in the jump in price and that it wasn't done following code to begin with. In the long run, $400 isn't going to break us, but it felt a little disingenuous. They installed for us during a huge hail damage season, so I understand time constraints, but it took them less than an hour and could have been done to begin with. Be very careful with code regulations and be sure that they are following them so that you don't end up paying for it later!

I called my insurance company and asked for a recommendation for a roofing business to come and look at my roof. My agent recommended Andrus Brothers Roofing. This was on a Friday. I called the company on Monday and from there set up a time for them to come and look at my roof. My house is only four years old and I could not see why I should have trouble at this time. There was some structural damage due to construction issues which were solved by the young man who looked at the roof. He came, during his busy day, and did some caulking and suggested I watch it during the next rain and see if that helped the issue. I really felt confident that I was working with an honest and concerned individual and in the event I ever have an issue with my roof again, my call goes to Andrus Brothers Roofing.

Andrus Brothers is an outstanding roofing company. Mr. Joe Banks worked with us on our recent hail damage claim and was outstanding -- professional, courteous, and very communicative. The quality of the work and cleanup after the job was done was the best. I recommend Andrus Brothers most highly for your roofing needs without any reservation whatsoever.
