Jim Hartline and his crew are awesome!!! They were able to tear off and replace all in one day. They hand nail all the shingles on and use better quality products. Jim made this a very easy process as this was my first time having a roof replaced. I definitely reccomend. Thank you Jim!

Andrus Bros Roofing came to our home yesterday at 7:30am and began removing shingles and replacing our roof. This was the messiest crew I have ever seen, from nails to McDonald's bags and trash were everywhere. Tar was tracked into our home because there was no way to avoid the trash to walk in or out and staying inside all day was not an option for us. There is also tar and drippings on our garage doors and other places, this mess was out of control. When they finally got ready to leave at 9pm they did clean up most of the mess BUT asked if they could leave their truck and trailer in our driveway, we said yes assuming they would be back this morning (Saturday) but nope they are closed on Saturdays so now we have had to leave our personal vehicles parked on our very narrow street in front of our neighbors homes and to top it off when I looked on the other side of their truck and trailer the mess is still there they just basically hid it!!!!! I have called their EMERGENCY number and left a message to come get the truck, trailer and clean up the rest of the mess but have not heard back from anyone as of yet. We had another of our homes roof replaced last week and used J Ferg they were amazing!!! I was not given an option as to what company to use for this project but I promise I will NEVER FOR ANY REASON USE ANDRUS BROS AGAIN!!!!! OH yeah they aren't even done with the roof yet they just put tarps over what they didn't finish....

I was going to update my review since after several calls to their office today a crew returned around 2pm they were done before dark but I have yet to receive a call from anyone at the office, and though they moved the truck and trailer from our driveway they still did a less than poor job of cleaning up. I have spoken to several people today including a local architect who refuse to use this company and I have been urged to have our insurance company and another roofing company come look at this roof before they are paid in full.

I won't use Andrus Bros again. They hit an AC pipe and it cost me $800 to get it fixed. Was told by the owner that it was put in the wrong place and they were not responsible. Never again.

I'm updating and improving my earlier review where I commented that after three weeks Andrus Bros still hadn't follow-up on their promise to fix some damage they did to our trim, etc while replacing our roof. They have now had someone come and make those repairs and we are happy they've done that. They were very apologetic and said they are working to see things like this don't happen in the future. Their response raises their rating to 4 stars. The initial problems preclude me from giving them a 5.

I had a representative come give me an estimate for a new roof. She gave me all the information, the. She started talking about things she could do that I did not understand. She asked if I would be interested and I told I was not sure because I just need her to tell me how much I would owe, she was defensive and a bit rude and said well I can do that but I won't be able to help you in other areas. I was so confused when she left on a huff.

We recently used Andrus Brothers to replace our roof after a hail storm. They were incredible from start to finish. I was so impressed with their entire process. Eric helped get the replacement set up and even adjusted his schedule so that he could be present when the insurance adjuster came. Once we had the insurance quote, their crew came to replace the roof within a week. The crew that did the roofing could not have been better. They kept us informed throughout and were very professional. They were very careful to respect our property and did a great job cleaning up when the job was done. One thing I really appreciated was that they made sure that there were no nails in the drive way each day before leaving. I give them my highest recommendation. With such great treatment, no one else will touch our roof except Andrus Brothers. Give them a call if you have any roofing needs!

Initially some mistakes were made, and not all of the work we paid for got completed. The day after the work was done, we contacted the roofer who worked on our house and he responded promptly and guaranteed us he would be out the next day. He came out the next day and finished the job. That was good follow through, but the service got even better as Jerry Andrus also came by our house to make sure everything was completed. He was very nice, and that was an awesome gesture to double-check and make sure everything was done as we had initially spoke about.

I'm a firm believer that mistakes do sometimes happen, and that's okay as long as you overcome those mistakes and make them right. Jerry Andrus and Abran made it right by us and I would recommend them not only for their work but for the service we received.

I will give a neutral rating because I have no idea about the quality of the roofing but I will say that their workers are loud, messy and have no respect for the neighbors of the house in which they are replacing a roof. Trash was left in my front yard and even my backyard. I think it's great when people have a good time at work but whenever you work nights and you can't sleep because all you hear is very loud talking followed by rambunctious laughter, it's kind a hard to get some sleep, and what sucks even worse is that I couldn't even laugh with them because I don't speak Spanish.
If the owner of the company would just have his crew not park in front of neighbors driveways, clean up their mess, and not be so obnoxiously loud then maybe they would gain more business!!

We had our roof replaced two years ago by Andrus Brothers Roofing and have had a leak just about every time it has rained since. Each time it leaked I called them and they would send someone out with putty to patch it saying that the issue was not their fault, blaming my siding, the slope of my roof, etc.

After this last leak I had my insurance adjuster come look at the problem as well as another roofer and they both agreed that the installation was not done properly and that I needed to have Andrus Brothers come and honor their warranty. I requested that the owner of the company come look at the roof. I explained to him what all had happened, he looked at the roof and told me that the problem was with my siding installation and an issue with the roof flashing. He told me the insurance adjuster was wrong, that in fact they are usually wrong. He told me that he could put some more putty on the roof but the problem was not Andrus Brothers' fault since the roof flashing is not part of the roof. I explained to him that I had my roof replaced over 14 years ago by a different roofer and never had a single leak, that I had the siding he was blaming put on 10 years ago with not a single leak but when I had my roof replaced by his company two years ago I have had nothing but problems ever since. He told me it was not a roofing issue and that he was not responsible. He had no real answer as to why these leaks only started happening since the roof installation by his company and left with no resolution of my problem.

I am so disappointed by the response of the owner of this company and I am left with a roof that leaks and the fear that somewhere down the line I am going to have more issues or the patch jobs that were done 2 years ago will come loose and start leaking again. My warranty with Andurs Brothers does me no good because they take no ownership for the problems that I am experiencing since their installation and offer me nothing but excuses and poor patch jobs.
