I would not recommend Andrews Roofing to anyone. We paid a lot of money for a roof that does not look good at all. We're told that technically the roof is fine and performs, but aesthetically it looks shoddy and unprofessional.

Our biggest issue with the look of the roof is there are horizontal lines that show depending on the light. We pointed them out right away and were told that those lines had to do with our decking and there was nothing that could be done.

Come on, that's patently ridiculous. As the roofing experts, they should have explained what the roof would look like. We would never have moved ahead with the results we got if we had been informed.

I feel taken advantage of and lied to and I hope no one else has the same experience with Andrews roofing.

Besides the look of the roof, other issues (by no means all, this could be a very long review) we had with Andrews Roofing were:

After the roof was dried in we had two leaks that resulted in a puddle of water in our living room and wet ceilings in our guest room.

Communicating with Andrews Roofing was extremely difficult. By the end, I would only communicate with them via email.

We paid our deposit in February or March, the roof wasn't dried in until May 15th. Installation didn't start until July and we weren't completely done with them until September.

They never showed when they said they would. I had to make multiple calls to find out when they were coming. And I mean multiple.

More than once the salesperson asked me if I was joking when I said no one had come that day.

Trust me, I could keep going.

I will say that every person Andrews Roofing sent to work on our house was great. The problem is not with their workers, it's with how the company is run and how they manage their projects.
