Gutters leak. Called him. Won't return my calls. Paid over 16k for roof and gutters. Don't use Andrews roofing. He does not back his work.

Update Oct 2020 -John made this right, by rembursing me for the costs of hiring somone else to replace the gutters, after 9 months of back and forth with him. I appreciate getting my additional costs covered.
April 2020 - Don't hire this guy, if you have any issues they will never be fixed. John's people replaced my roof and gutters in Oct 2019. The roof seems fine, but the gutters are crap. They are supposed to be seamless but they are not, they leak like a faucet turned on when it rains. I've contacted John Andrews multiple time to fix/replace the gutters, he continues to say he will fix them, but has not. After 9 months of chasing him, I'm going to have to hire someone else to replace the gutters.

We had done our research and talked with neighbors who had metal roofs and decided we wanted a metal roof that looks like shingles. We wanted two estimates:one to do only the garage and one to do both the house and garage. We called Andrews Roofing on 01/16/19 and were told they do install metal roofing and would come on Friday, 01/18/19 to give us an estimate, if it was not raining. It did not rain at my house on 01/18/19. When it began to look like they were not coming, I called and was told it was raining where they are and that they would come on Tuesday, 01/29/19 to give an estimate.01/29/19 was a sunny day. When on 01/29 it started to become obvious they were not coming, I called and was told it was raining where they are and that a representative would come the next day to give us an estimate. A representative did come on 01/30/19. We again stated we wanted two estimates, one for only the garage and one for both the house and the garage. The representative immediately started telling us all the disadvantages to metal roofing and advised us to get a composite roof. We agreed to get estimates for both and then we would compare. After measuring and inspecting, he informed us he had called his boss, the boss had said they will not install metal roofing and that the estimate would be only for composite roofing. When we received our e-mail estimate the next day, there was only one estimate, not two, and it does not indicate if the price is for only the garage or for both the house and garage.
This company completely wasted my days on 01/18 and 01/29. If they had been honest on 01/16 and informed us they do not install metal roofing, my time would not have bern wasted.

I just had Andrews roofing do a roof on one of the homes we manage. Everyone associated with the company was nice and courteous. The price was very competitive and the workers showed up when they said they would! Unusual in this area. The work was completed on time and passed inspection the first time. I highly recommend Andrews roofing.

John Andrews and his crew did an awesome job installing my roof. He was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, gave me a fair price, and installed the roof in a timely manner as promised. He is very professional, does a great clean up job and takes pride in his work. I'm very pleased with my roof and the material used as well.
