These guys are the best. They replaced the shingle roof on my townhouse in four days, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Good communication, fair pricing, friendly crew who worked their tails off in the August sun. Very pleased.

The company had repaired leaks in my 1996 barrel tile roof after the 2005 hurricane season. Other leaks occurred with the recent hurricane, so I decided to go with a metal roof. I knew (unlike another reviewer) that barrel tile roofs do not prevent rain infiltration onto the underlayment, allowing water flows into valleys. Most pre-2002 underlayments slowly deteriorated in the heat of South Florida, as mine did, allowing water flow down the valleys to erode the underlayment until water hit the plywood and nail holes, causing the leaks and rot. The code underlayment quoted (2 separate layers) is more robust now, but I ordered at extra cost an even more robust underlayment system. The company contact was more than helpful in arranging for ""custom"" installation, which I expect will not see leaks for several decades (barring a cat6). The installation team was meticulous in doing the custom work, very professional, the company contact checked in every day, my property was cleaner when they left, the office answered all my inquiries within 24 hours, a real homeowner-friendly contractor. If I lived further inland, I have no doubt I would have been equally happy with the standard installation.

Very professional company. Started before projected timeline and worked everyday until the roof was finished. A rare treat in Miami. Competitive pricing, courteous workmen, cleaned up every day. Got an update everyday and took pictures every day of the roof to show us progress and any potential issues. Can't say enough about this company.

Palmer Roofing was able to detect the problem in our roof. They fixed and sealed it and it's been excellent ever since, about a year ago. They have very good customer service. They even put me in touch with a great painting company for the house.

In 2000, Palmer installed my $20K barrel tile roof. It's leaked multiple times. When getting an estimate in from them in 2017, I was told that the paper that they used was substandard but ""code"" at the time of installation. I'm now paying for a total roof replacement + $9K (so far) in additional reconstruction to areas rotted from severe water damage. I trusted this company's history and reputation and was screwed.
