Had serious problems with my roofing system leaking. Even though I've had hired roofers repaired my roofing the problem wasn't solved. It was continued leaking through the interior walls. Almost 50% of my living room was flooded, bubbled. Thankfully, some of my neighbors recommended AndlerBuilding. Im very appreciated those guys. They weren't the cheapest one, even though Samuel gave a good sensitive discount. The quality, service, professionalism is unbelievably nice. Also hard working guys they are! I'm very happy having no problem with my roofing now, with 50 years warranty. Also it looks great,nice clean. They've had also installed brand new gutters and downspouts, replaced new flashing, vents, jacks, dripping edges. Now, my lovely house is nice and clean. Samuel also took care of my interior that was damaged by moisture leaking through. Thank you Andler. Definitely recommend this company. Definitely five stars I would give 10!

I can't say enough great things about Andler Building Company. We had an Adult Dwelling Unit (ADU) built on our property. They were on-time, communicative, and most importantly, on-budget. We had a few changes throughout the process and they were very receptive to our wants and presented us with all possible options. We are super excited for them to start our house remodel this summer! I had a very difficult time with this contractor. They came late without calling and didn't pick up my call. Then they no-showed 3 days in a row with no call and wouldn't pick up my calls. When I cancelled the contract, Dan called me and yelled at me. It made my situation very difficult and stressful.

Unfinished job with missing paint. Owner said ""wasn't in the work scope"" and just left it. Owner found his way to settle the previous terrible job via check and used long court waits due to COVID to settle. Never again. Fool me once....

We found out about Andler through a friends referral. We needed a new roof put on and Dan the guy that came out too bid the job and promised the world. He told us two weeks too for the job and it took three. He told us Andler didn't sub out after we told him it was a deal killer for us because we have had bad experiences with contractors using subs. This was a lie, they sub out everything. We just had gutter guards installed and I had specific instructions to tag them so we knew where on the housevthey came from. Dan didn't relay any of our wishes to the roofing company so they removed the gutter guards and just threw them in a pile. The roofing job went as expected at that point. Nothing but delays and excuses. One day toward the end they didn't even show up, citing we had to work at another location. Poor planning if you ask me. After they removed the old roof and I saw the gutter guards in a pile and not tagged I texted Sam the owner about my concerns. I told sam that Dan didn't tell the roofers what I wanted and that I am holding them liable to reinstall then exactly as they were installed. He argued with me even though I had the proof on text messages to Dan. Sam threatened to just go to mediation and pull everyone off the job. I backed off because I had no roof. Finally after nearly 3 weeks the roof is done and the roofers reinstall the gutter guards and they are all messed up. Huge gaps, and missing pieces all over. After a week of trying to repair them they finally got it right. You should definitely hire this company if you like to be ignored, lied too, and love a ton of BS.
