Sam and his team, installed new stairs, refurbished our sagging, spongy deck, and installed a new roof which we don't think had ever been replaced in 40 years and new rain gutters . The team took great care in removing and reinstalling our solar system and made sure everything was back in good working order. We are very pleased with their professionalism and in answering our concerns over texts, phone calls or in person in a timely manner. The whole team were friendly and made sure to take care of our home with respect. Our supervisor, Ross, came and checked on us and the progress often and has since become a good friend. I would highly recommend them for any construction needs you might have.

We usually do our own remodeling work, but we've had a couple of remodel jobs completed by Andler Building Co. First, they repaired & painted the stucco on our entire house. They also painted the exterior doors & garage doors. More recently, they remodeled two bathrooms, laid flooring, & completed the masonry stonework around our fireplace. They also installed French doors, transoms, & windows during various jobs. The contractors were on time, friendly, & professional. We would go to this company again for construction work that we can't do ourselves.
