Anderson Roofing did a fantastic job on our commercial roof. Mr. Anderson and his crew delivered above and beyond our expectations. Honest, professional, dependable, and excellent workmanship. Our business has 3-types of roofing material and not only did they replace the existing TPO that was installed incorrectly by another roofer, they were able to repair our tile roof on the front of our building and stopped a leak that 4 different roofers had failed to identify the source of and correctly repair. If you want it done and done right, I highly recommend Anderson Roofing.

He was very helpful with all of my insurance questions and issues. The new shingles he suggested looks great on my house. His crew worked very proficiently and cleaned up well after themselves. During the hailstorm of 6-11, I had my roof replaced, skylights changed, gutters replaced, and a color change of roofing. Marks son came out and brought all kinds of samples, and he was instrumental in the look of our house today. We had chosen a color and were not sure how it would look. He suggested a color combination, and we took his advice. Glad we did as the new look is fantastic. Tina took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was pleasant to work with. I had to call them out to recheck the skylight as it was frosting on the inside, but they took care of it quickly. My neighbor had used them first and recommended Anderson Roofing to me. The selling point was that all the other roofing companies were asking us what the insurance company was paying us for the claim. Why the heck do they need to know that. I asked Mark for a price and he gave it to me. No problem! Job was finished quickly, and clean up was good. Glad I listened to my neighbor and called them.

Unfortunately, this company doesn't live up to everything that's presented at the time of a roofing estimate. The salesperson over promised and under delivered big time. We even had the sales person be on site the same day our insurance adjuster was here to insure nothing was missed. Epic fail! He was always late for appointments, paperwork was not filled out properly, admin staff in the office was very scattered and always pointed blame to THEIR sales guy! We were told that they (Anderson Roofing) would be willing to work with our insurance and most likely do the job for what the insurance paid, which is quite common. We failed to get that part in writing and ended up paying out of pocket of $2700. The problem with this company is the office staff and sales staff apparently don't communicate with one another at all. Fingers pointed at one another and never seem to consider there's a customer involved. It took 3 passes just to get the proposal written up correctly! Tina, the co-owner apparently runs the admin portion of the business, but has no customer service skills whatsoever. Overall, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly suggest you look at alternative choices for your roofing needs.
