I am baffled by all the good reviews! If I could give no stars, I would. What a nightmare I have gone through with them over the last week and continue to go through as I write this!!!!! To start, they scheduled to replace the roof on Tuesday (10/31) and called last minute to cancel. Rescheduled for Thursday (11/2) and didn't show! They claimed that it was on the schedule for Friday (11/3) didn't show up Friday morning. Said they were coming that afternoon to remove shingles and then back on Saturday (11/4) to place the new roof. I was gone for the weekend so I expected to return and everything be complete. I returned on Monday (11/6) at 11 am to pounding until dark. Then I received a message that the wrong shingles were installed and that they would be back the following day (11/7) to remove & replace again! They started at 7 am and worked all day until dark with only a 2 or 3 man crew. At the end of the day, said that they needed 1 more day to complete the job and this morning at 7 am, ONE guy came to work on it. I am beyond upset!!!! On top of it all, it is the worst workmanship I have ever seen. I cried when I saw it knowing that, after it's all said & done, the work is unacceptable and will need to be redone yet again. Please trust me and save your stress, heartache, and overall sanity and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After a recent hailstorm a number of our immediate neighbors suffered roof damage and I noticed that Anderson Roofing was doing the inspections and repairs. Since I assumed that we would also need to have repairs I contacted Anderson Roofing and met with Chris. He did a thorough inspection and included a full report with pictures. He met with us and told us that while nearly every house on our block had suffered roof damage, ours was the only one he had inspected that suffered no significant damage. His honesty and knowledge were so refreshing since he easily could have told us that we also needed to have repairs done and we certainly wouldn't have been surprised. Given the Texas weather, and since our house in 10 years old we will definitely be looking at roofing in the next 5 years. Rest assured that Anderson Roofing will be our go to contractor to do the work. I highly recommend contacting Chris for an honest appraisal of your roofs condition.
You will not be disappointed.

Anderson Roofing is art. The finished product of their team was beautiful and I couldn't have wished for anything better. Oh my, where do we begin! From the very first encounter, our experience with Anderson Roofing and Construction has been 5-star customer service.

We feel very blessed that Chris rang our doorbell and that we agreed to the inspection of our 15 yr old roof. Our roof was completed within 8-10 hrs of the day they began the work, it looks great, they cleaned up everything, absolutely no mess was left behind.

My husband is a Veteran with disabilities and I'm a Licensed Vocational Nurse with a Nonprofit organization, we truly appreciate the personal touch they provided with their services. Chris went above and beyond to help ensure the cost met our budget.
