This company will not try and upsell you, they are very reasonable with their pricing and are very quick to respond and complete the repair. I had a few shingles fall off and within two days I had the repair completed and for less than I anticipated. Highly recommend and will use in the future.

Anderson Roofing is a pleasure to do business with. I was very stressed out about the cost as my roof had a lot of problem areas and I had a leak. But the owner assured me they work with all budgets. The three workers did work very hard and did a great job replacing and painting some siding. They repaired an indent near my chimney vent, put in metal flashing and cleaned up without using my trash can. They hauled off the debris and left me the remaining paint. Once my budget allows, I will contracts them for additional work as needed. Also, the wow factor...the owner sent a thank you card to me with a magnet for my fridge! What a thoughtful touch. And he is local to our neighborhood. Neighbors helping neighbors.

We had wood rot around our chimney and down the front of the house. I called a few places and got estimates on a day that my husband happened to be traveling. Brian with Anderson Roofing was the ONLY person I spoke with that gave me full information and not only answered my questions, but valued them. And his quote fit our budget perfectly. In fact, we were able to get more done with Anderson than we would have with the other contractors. His team is amazing. Shout out to Pablo (dude is lightning fast!), Brian was easy to communicate with for questions. And they were doing such a great job so fast that SEVERAL of my neighbors came by and asked for information to redo their homes as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend based on honesty, communication, quality of work, and speed. Call Brian, call Brian, CALL BRIAN! They are the best!

Brian installed two hybrid solar fans Feb 2021 replacing two static vents. He didn't cut the holes larger, said enough air was being pulled out and didn't hook up the hybrid controllers (although he had the instructions). This required me to climb up the rafters (high attic) to install and cut the opening much bigger as these were 40watt solar fans. He then gave me a price that included the cost of the fans, which I purchased before hand, honest mistake... He said he prides himself on quality work, so I attempted to rehire him for another project, didn't show due to medical emergency, but later texted me he was ok, no response to attempted communications after that. I had to hire someone else, they noted there was damage around the shingles he installed around the fan (pictures to prove) and they want $$ to fix. I have a 2yr warranty with Brian so I said hold off, however unable to reach him by text , email or phone, so a warranty is only as good as the person/company that stands behind it. I'm a retired Veteran, I was holding this review to give Brian a chance to respond, but since roofer are hard to find unless you want a whole new roof, I have to proceed with this other company that is available and I'm hoping Brian will do right by me and cover the cost.

Brian was recommended by my neighbor. He answered right away when I called him and was at my place later the same day. He gave me an estimate to repair my roof. All the other contractors were trying to sell me a new roof, but Brian let me know that my roof still had a few years left in it. I really appreciate his honesty. With it being so close to the holidays there's no way I could afford a new roof. Brian did the repair and it looks great. This will hold me off to save some money up. You can bet I'll be calling him once I get the money to replace the roof. He also offers financing, which is a huge plus. Would recommend him to anyone
