Initially they were very responsive after the Winter Storm damages. I had a contractor out. I sent the estimates from the insurance and had received payment from my insurance. I was told repeatedly that I would get priority because I had already started work with my insurance. However, the contractor Stephen has been non-responsive and kept telling me he had another guy working on it. I understand they are overloaded, but I never even had a chance to get on the schedule. I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help.

The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

All I can say it wow they came out within an hour of me calling. Patched up the roof where it needed to be done and charged a fair price. Honest and friendly people! Will definitely be using them in the future.

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. I feel like they totally took advantage of our family and my fathers situation.

We hired them to redo our disabled quadriplegic fathers house after Harvey and two plus years later are still finding things that were not completed or done correctly. Their employees had physical altercations on site during the rebuild. Halfway through, they had us contract the rest of the job out through an employee's brother that has worked on and off for and with them. We paid him for work that to this day has still not been completed. I tried for almost a year to work with him and be accommodating to his issues to come out and complete the work and he never did. Anderson even offered to pay for supplies for him to finish but that never happened. The work he did complete was not done correctly (putting up drywall without insulation, putting up a ceiling without making sure electrical was working correctly first, that type of stuff).

The entire job felt mismanaged and mishandled from the start. They kept changing the site foreman and did not communicate the plans, or materials, rebuild design, etc. so it seemed like no one knew what was going on. They installed the wrong type of flooring which we left, but it was not what we ordered. They covered up a gas line in the fireplace and did not put an opening back in.

They left a part of an expensive window treatment attached to an old door outside and reinstalled only part of it. When asked where it was they said I don't know. I found it behind the garage left out in the rain. It had probably been out there for a year. They left uncovered junction and outlets, blue tape that I still can't get off the bottom of the door and protective threshold coverings that were never removed after installing doors. A big roll of carpeting left in the house and never removed. Cabinet handles that weren't installed correctly, an air vent that fell out of the ceiling because anchors weren't used. A light in the pantry they were supposed to fix, but never did. It has wiring issues. The list goes on.

Every time I spoke with them, I felt I was given a line about the quality of work they had done but I don't consider their level of work quality or professional. It seems like they just wanted to cut corners and do whatever took the least amount of time, work and expense to get the job done to the customer's detriment. I have been holding off writing this review. I really didn't want to, but I think it is well deserved and their owner as well as their customers should know this is the experience we had.

Mark and the crew did a fantastic job and had many happy customers in our neighborhood due to hale damage. He made sure in every phase of installing a new roof and never forgot anything and was very communicative Lisa in the office was terrific.

Absolutely impressed by the level of service I've received from them. They've been a huge help in getting our new roof installed and submitting a claim with insurance. Walked with me every step of the way & they were even here when adjuster came. Top notch customer service from Ed, he's been so attentive, answered all questions, super friendly and trustworthy person. He even went out of the way to fix a small torn screen we had in the kitchen window (had just been like that for years), I mean he did it himself & brought it back repaired. Super super nice! Highly recommend this company!!

Trey was a tremendous help. He walked us through the process and was extremely patient. The roof was on in about 4 hours. Trey was at our door the next day to find out if we were satisfied with our new roof. We were impressed with how professional Anderson Restoration was. I had great experience with Anderson Restoration. Bryce has always been prompted and courteous to answer all my questions and requests either through phone calls or texts. I had my entire roof replaced in 2 days in the summer's full blast heat. The workers were did a great job with the clean up after the job is done. Definitely recommend Anderson Restoration to my friends and neighbors!
