Have been trying to speak with these guys for over a month. Leave them voicemails, tell the secretary they aren't calling me back so she takes down hand written notes.... and nothing. Simply impossible to get them to call back when they say the will.

If somebody is unable to be responsible enough to give you a callback, do you really want them fixing your roof?

These people were quite rude to me at multiple points throughout the process. My HOA contracts with them so I had to use them. But if you have the choice, don't!

Wow, I just looked up this roofing company on Yelp after my own bad in-person experience and was surprised to see another reviewer who shared the same experience.

Clark, of Anderson Knox & Clark, just left my home and he was the most sour grape from the time he stepped in to when he left. He has a remarkable way of phrasing his questions to be equal parts passive aggressive and a**hole-ish.

Don't bother with them. There are plenty of other local roofing companies more deserving of your business. And who will accept it graciously.
