Company Overview
Anchored Renovations LLC specializes in top-tier residential construction and is on the rise. We started our journey in Richmond, KY, crafting corn hole boards and various wooden household products, which eventually led us to custom home building in KY.
In 2016, we relocated to Florida to expand our services. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, with clear communication being essential for successful projects and happy clients! At Anchored Renovations, we provide 3D rendering services so you can envision your project before we begin.
We are honored to serve Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Niceville, and Milton. In 2012, we embarked on this journey, driven by faith. Chris, our co-owner, brings over 18 years of experience in the construction field. We are thrilled to celebrate 7 years in business and have numerous excellent references!

Kayla H.This review is specifically directed at owners/management. Poor time management, poor communication and poor attention to detail. They were 2+ months late starting the project. We already put down a hefty deposit for materials, so could not change companies. They didn't communicate delays with us. Even when we confronted them about it, there was still no change. Specific details we asked for in the beginning were long forgotten, due to not caring or the fact it had been 2+ months. Towards the end of the project, only one guy was working. Therefore, we did not feel like a priority.

Just saying. If you are taking this pandemic seriously, you need to know that they don't.
