Anchored Renovations LLC is a developing business dedicated to exceptional residential building. Initially, we launched in Richmond, KY, producing corn hole boards and other wooden goods, which grew into custom home building in KY.
In 2016, we relocated to Florida to expand our services. Our commitment to excellent customer service shines through, as we believe effective communication is vital for successful projects and satisfied clients! At Anchored Renovations, we provide 3D rendering services so you can envision your project before we begin.
We are honored to serve Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Niceville, and Milton. We started our venture in 2012, inspired by faith. Chris, our co-owner, has more than 18 years of experience in construction, contributing significant knowledge to our team. We are thrilled to celebrate 7 years in business and have numerous excellent references!

Kayla H.This review is specifically directed at owners/management. Poor time management, poor communication and poor attention to detail. They were 2+ months late starting the project. We already put down a hefty deposit for materials, so could not change companies. They didn't communicate delays with us. Even when we confronted them about it, there was still no change. Specific details we asked for in the beginning were long forgotten, due to not caring or the fact it had been 2+ months. Towards the end of the project, only one guy was working. Therefore, we did not feel like a priority.

Just saying. If you are taking this pandemic seriously, you need to know that they don't.
