Company Overview
Anchored Renovations LLC specializes in top-tier residential construction and is on the rise. We started our journey in Richmond, KY, crafting corn hole boards and various wooden household products, which eventually led us to custom home building in KY.
In 2016, we relocated to Florida to expand our services. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, with clear communication being essential for successful projects and happy clients! We offer 3D rendering services at Anchored Renovations, enabling you to preview your project prior to commencement.
Our service areas include Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton Beach, Mary Esther, Shalimar, Niceville, and Milton. We started our venture in 2012, inspired by faith. With over 18 years in the construction industry, Chris, our co-owner, adds valuable expertise. We are excited to mark 7 years in operation and have a wealth of great references!

Kayla H.This review is specifically directed at owners/management. Poor time management, poor communication and poor attention to detail. They were 2+ months late starting the project. We already put down a hefty deposit for materials, so could not change companies. They didn't communicate delays with us. Even when we confronted them about it, there was still no change. Specific details we asked for in the beginning were long forgotten, due to not caring or the fact it had been 2+ months. Towards the end of the project, only one guy was working. Therefore, we did not feel like a priority.

Just saying. If you are taking this pandemic seriously, you need to know that they don't.
