ANC Roofing was very responsive to our call for roof repairs. They scheduled someone to come out and evaluate what repairs were needed. After the assessment, I received a follow up phone call to schedule repairs. The crew arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and hardworking. I really appreciated that they were willing to take on our job since it was just repairing missing shingles from the hurricanes. I highly recommend ANC roofing!!

We had our roof replaced and some solar tubes put in. Roof seems good so far after two years, but having issues with solar tubes. There are bugs in them and ANSI does not answer the phone nor return our calls. Wouldn't recommend them. I will update if they reach out.

Before replacing my roof I reviewed three bids from the top three popular companies in my area. Living in a very strict gated community with a strong HOA I did not want to add any stress to myself by choosing a subpar company. Everything had to be done exactly as contracted and in a timely professional manner.

Of the three bids ANC was the highest by $1400.00. After taking a few weeks to research each company and weighing out my options I decided to go with ANC. They have an excellent reputation in my neighborhood and they were the only company that said that they do not use subcontractors.

The process of replacing the roof took three days from start to finish. The crew showed up a day after expected and worked a day later. There was a mishap that resulted in some damage to my neighbor's property. An after hours plumber was called out pretty quick and adequate apologies were extended to my neighbor along with a gift card. They were happy with the results. The crew also attempted to install our roof while it was raining. For safety reasons I asked them to stop working while it is raining and they responded well. I thought that everyone was very respectful and pleasant.

When they completed the job my property was left clean and orderly. It is their policy not to take any payment before the county code inspector does their inspection. It did not appear to concern them that payment is made several days after their work is completed.

I would never recommend this company!!!!Unfortunately we trusted and signed with David Belanger the front sales guy that basically promised we would get our hurricane damaged home fixed and that it would be a stress free experience for us! This company did nothing but delay everything and had ample time to line repair jobs up from our first insurance claim but nothing was done and nothing planned in the proper order. Finally we get a roof on but this company didn't get our fireplace/chimney or patio lanai repaired first which is the proper order. The lead contractor is definitely not very professional and honestly can't see how he or this company was given a license. Very unprofessional company with very poor work ethic. Poor to non existent communication. Took a deposit for repair that they never got started and we haven't received that back. Plus two failed roof inspections that they failed to have done and owner let permit with city expire before getting our inspection done! I would never recommend this company especially if you are trying to recover and repair your home from hurricane damage. Joe Pena is the contractor that knows what he did wrong and the owner of the company Mr. Hedayat is very unprofessional to let what happened happen and what's right is right and you sir have got several people including me that are taking action!!!!!

Folks,

 My 80-year-old mother was recently a victim of ANC's unscrupulous business practices. She was induced to sign a contract in October of 2018, it had no firm quote, completion date or even a start date. When she recently tried to place a mortgage on her property she found out a lien had been placed for $1500, as part of their commencement notice. When she had her friend and business associate contact ANC they said the $1500 had to be paid as a cancellation fee. When confronted again by another associate they claimed it was a ""quote fee"" and if I'm not mistaken they gave a third excuse to someone else. Bottom line, they're extorting her for $1500. She either pays it or can't close on the mortgage.

 We intend to pursue this manner through the State  Attorney's  Fraud Division, and through private counsel, but in the meantime we'd like to start gathering stories from others who've experienced problems with this company. 

Former employees claim they owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to business associates and vendors, so we are especially looking to substantiate any of those rumors. But we'd also like to know if you've been a victim of ANC. As you will see, we have placed excerpts of several complaints below just to let you know you're not alone. We want this to be the gathering place for tracking and monitoring ANC.

One of the worst contractors that I have dealt with in Orlando. They cost us the sale of our home with their poor repair work. Did not install flashing, shingles were a different color, and the leak is still present. It's taken them over 2 weeks to get back to us about a solution to the problem and we still have not gotten it resolved. DO NOT HIRE.

Fast & clean!

Scott & the team from ANC Roofing did a great job on our house. We live in Celebration, with one of the most demanding homeowners associations I've ever encountered. Scott handled the majority of it & was willing to go to the meeting with us to get the shingles approved. When the team arrived, they had our roof on in twelve hours flat. What struck me was not only were they fast, they were meticulous. We got one estimate from a roofer that told us we'd have to scrap our gutters. Not only did ANC not have to remove them, they left them in place the whole time with zero damage.

They also spend a LOT of time cleaning up after the fact. They laid out tarps while they were clearing away the current shingles & took a long magnetic metal strip & swept the grass for any residual nails. When Scott came back out after they removed the dumpster, he even found a few that missed the dumpster in the driveway.

The most important takeaway is that they care very much about their quality of work. It may take some time for the office staff to get back to you. With the hurricanes coming through last year, they are very busy & sometimes it does take a bit to follow up. That's the only part of the experience that could be improved.

That said, we are very pleased with the job they did & it was almost $1000 cheaper than the folks who re-roofed our garage a few years back.
