Alton Roofing (formerly A n C Roofing...the A stands for Alton) roofed my house many years ago. Their work was superb! Great workmanship, fair price, and professional workmen who always showed up on time and finished on time. When I needed a new roof I called them again. I didn't call anyone else. I called the same company that I used before. Alton Roofing.

Ken Alton formed this company originally with a partner. Later, the partner's share of the company was purchased by the Alton family. Ken's son, Brian, now owns the company. He has followed his father's business strategy and continues to be successful. Great workmanship, fair pricing and professional workmen who show up on time and finish on time. Their work this time was as awesome as it was last time!

I called several roofing companies for a small guesthouse, including a roofer that just finished a project for me last year. No one called back. My brother in law recommended Alton Roofing. I emailed them over Labor Day weekend. Ken Alton called me right back and scheduled a visit the next day, even though he warned me that they were booked months ahead. He was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. His son runs the company now, so I like that it is a family business. My sincere thanks to Ken and Alton Roofing for the prompt service. Hopefully, they will be able to fit my job into their schedule, but regardless, I would never hesitate to call them. I know pros when I meet them.

Always quick attention and ready to help!
We purchased a new home in 2002 with a concrete shingle and flat built up roof with multiple skylights and penetrations as well as 5 chimneys. After 7 years had some problems. Without fail every one was diagnosed and fixed by this great crew. Very reasonable and focused.
Roofs can be a challenge as we all know.
I recommend and continue to use as my go to roofing contractor.

I would steer clear of this company. They sent an inexperienced person to repair a roof for me and the same spot ended up leaking the next winter. Then they quoted a high price to fix it and deducted the amount I spent on the first job to appear as though they were honoring their warranty. Also, it was really hard to get a return call and it tool over a month and a half to even get a proper quote. WEAK. I ended up hiring another company to get it done right.
