AMS installed these windows last fall. After spending a lot of time trying to contact them Earl finally came out in Jan and said he would get the windows and some other issues: door, siding and holes fixed. Pete came out the end of Feb and said the windows were defective, but he only had a work order for the door handle and lock. I showed him the siding the company had installed vertically, which should have been horizontal and the holes that needed to be plugged. He said he only had a work order for the door. If things don't get resolved soon we will contact the BBB and possibly an attorney. We have been more than patient!

Called in a roof leak over a month ago and they still haven't come out to fix it.
lots of talk but no results. There system is very expensive as well

They came out and fixed the roof the best the could. Lets hope nothing else goes wrong.

Isigned a contract for windows and siding on 4/12/2019 with a deposit of$4000.00. Work was to be completed by June. I have been calling daily,and getting on where with this company. Their latest excuse is they did not know they needed a work permit from city of venice, I don't understand how in Gods name they are in business,no one has a a clue,they give you a run around and I get no where. I did make a complaint with B.B.B.,next will be a refund, I am fed up.No one should have to deal with these people,as far as a rating 00000.
