They billed me for roofing work--even though their roofer never even got on my roof!

To make matters worse, when I asked them to actually come out and do the work, they told me they were too busy! So not only did they try to charge me for nothing, but they also couldn't be bothered to follow through. This is completely unprofessional and a clear case of trying to take advantage of customers.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and finding a roofing business that values honesty and integrity.

We had our roof installed several years ago. We had a shingle roof transformed into tile. Very fast, very professional, great work.

Horrible customer service! Her company came did the roof on properties that were built in 2018 I discovered a leak last year she said she was going to send someone to check it out it took almost a year to finally happen! It ruined my a good part of my cealling! When I call her and ask when someone was going to come and check it out and told her I need yo know broken will be working all week! Never call me or tell me when someone was coming. Luckily my oldest daughter was her ! Do they said part of the roof was installed wrong and supposedly they fix it ! No pictures or proof of anything from them. Call he and told her what about the inside that was damaged from the leek and she told me to calm the company that built the house. I told her but the damage happened from the roof leak! And she keeps talking to me like if I'm and ignorant or and idiot! She's so rude and most unprofessional person I ever talk to! She don't let you talk or explain N and she hung up the phone on me. Not recommend!

The were assigned through my home warranty company and Donna is horrible at communicating, and snaps when you ask if her crew is coming to your home on the day she says they'll be there.

We had a roof on a rental house we own replaced in 2015, shingles so a complete tear off. Donna the owner got the job done quickly and cleanly. Fast forward to now, we've have discovered a leak. We called Amparano Roofing and spoke to Donna and she sent someone out right away, fixed the problem on the spot. Seriously, to me this is the test of a good business: the after care, the warranty. There was absolutely no drama at all, just prompt service. Nothing I can say speaks louder than the fine service this company provided. Kudos!

I needed to get the roof re-done on my house and someone recommended Amparano to me. I had gotten a couple quotes from around town already but I decided one more wouldn't hurt.

Amparano beat the best quote I had by more than a thousand dollars. They got started in 3 days and finished the job same day, it was really well done, came with a guarantee on the roof and looked great. Couldn't be happier, I'd recommend Amparano to anyone that needs to get their roofing done.

The previous owners of our new home obtained the estimate for a new roof from this company and gave it to us when we purchased. The price seemed very reasonable so we contacted them to put on the new roof. They are a very small company so it's kind of difficult to get ahold of them but we made it work. The crews they sent out were very reliable and kept us informed on the status of the work. It was so hot when they put on our new roof and they made sure they drank plenty of water and took many breaks. The owner Donna is an amazing woman. Our new roof makes our new home look so finished.
