The lady who setup the inspection was good. Easy and good communication. Gustavo was personable on the inspection and very knowledgeable. His quote for fixing a roof leak, drywall and insulation was in the 5 figure range. My neighbor suggested his roofer who had 20+years of experience. The 2 of them worked 4-5 hours on a weekend and fixed the leak and tiles etc cleanup doing a great job for $1000. Drywall and insulation guy will cost $700 with materials included. Combined $1700.

2 extra stars due to ease/friendliness/quick appt and inpection. Now I say the one who books the appts possibly his wife and Gustavo are personable and very reactive in today's pandemic climate however the quote was 6-7 times what I paid. I may be great at finding deals but the difference was night and day. Draw your own conclusions.

Gustavo runs a great crew. They are very professional & Skilled, work well together, take care of each other (with making meals on the fly) and clean up after like champs. We lived in a Rental property they did a few years back and hired them to do our new home. Would Recommend them Highly ( & give them 6 stars if I could) !!!

The office manager hired this company to work on the roof of our apartment. Workers completely covered our balcony with the torn up old roof. The workers also cat called and whistled at my female roommate that was trying to walk out of our apartment.

Gustavo and his crew recently re-roofed my neighbors home. As we are due for a new roof also I had him inspect our roof and write an estimate to re-roof our home. He was up on my roof within a few minutes. We have a fairly large roof and his price is $900 more than the cheapest estimate and $8,4000 less than the most expensive. I watched them do my neighbor's roof and as I worked as a roofer in college I saw them do an excellent job.
