Created by two close friends, AmerTex was born out of a desire to bring integrity and trustworthiness into an arena often plagued by dishonesty. Over the years, this business model has proven its effectiveness by producing numerous satisfied customers.

Our company is the product of two friends from the beautiful community of Friendswood, known for its natural beauty and welcoming small-town feel. In harmony with the town they operate from, the founders aimed to create a one-of-a-kind company. One that would leverage its core values through a genuine and friendly approach to all project it was fortunate to handle.

With years of experience under their belts, both founders grasped the market from two perspectives: as contractors and in the shoes of customers. They were committed to building a company based on strong values and superior service. They began to eradicate the complexity often associated with roof projects today. They vowed to find a way to put a stop to the issues of missed appointments, ignored inquiries, excessive costs, and deceptive warranties.
