Amertex Roofing & Construction is the outcome of a duo of friends from Friendswood, Texas, known for its natural beauty and friendly small-town atmosphere. Reflecting the local area they reside in, the founders aimed to build a distinct company. An organization that would capitalize on its strengths through a genuine and personable approach to every project it was fortunate to manage.

Having spent decades in the industry, both founders understood the market from multiple perspectives: in the role of contractors and as customers. They were determined to creating a company rooted on strong values and quality. They began to eradicate the confusion often found in roofing projects today. They committed to develop a way to end the challenges of no-shows, ignored inquiries, excessive costs, and deceptive warranties.
