Founded by a pair of companions, AmerTex was born out of a desire to bring integrity and trustworthiness into an field often characterized by deceit. Over the years, this philosophy has proven its value by producing countless satisfied customers.

Amertex Roofing & Construction is the product of a duo of longtime companions from Friendswood, Texas, known for its natural beauty and friendly small-town feel. Like the community they call home, the founders aimed to create a one-of-a-kind company. A company that could capitalize on its core values through a straightforward and friendly approach to all project it was fortunate to handle.

With years of experience under their belts, both founders grasped the market from two perspectives: as contractors and as customers. They were committed to building a company founded on strong values and superior service. They embarked to remove the frustration often found in roof projects today. They promised to discover a way to put a stop to the issues of no-shows, unanswered phone calls, hidden fees, and deceptive warranties.
