Amertex Roofing & Construction is the outcome of two close friends from Friendswood, Texas, known for its natural beauty and inviting small-town vibe. Reflecting the town they reside in, the founders aimed to build a unique company. One that would capitalize on its core values through a genuine and approachable approach to all project it was honored to handle.

With years of experience under their belts, both founders comprehended the industry from both perspectives: in the role of contractors and from a customer's perspective. They were determined to creating a company founded on a firm foundation and excellence. They embarked to eliminate the complexity often found in roofing projects today. They promised to develop a way to eliminate the challenges of canceled meetings, unanswered phone calls, hidden fees, and deceptive warranties.
