Based in Riverside, California, we are a family-operated business! Leonard has 36 years of expertise in the rain gutter and construction industry, formerly known as American Rain Gutters. He teamed up with me, his son Shaun, to broaden our services and now we proudly operate as APS Rain Gutters!

We provide seamless aluminum and copper rain gutter system installations, featuring rain barrels, rain chains, leader heads, and other accessories! Additionally, we offer rain gutter and roof cleaning services! Our work caters to both residential and commercial properties. Our clientele consists of residents, property management companies, HOAs, and more!

Our team offers personalized solutions for gutter challenges you may face, and we clean all types of systems, utilizing our 36 years of expertise to serve you effectively!

Shaun graduated from Oak Valley College in May 2021 with a bachelor's degree in business and recognized the need to support his father in daily operations. Through discussions, they recognized the potential to merge Leonard's vast experience with Shaun's emerging business knowledge to build a successful company that benefits their community!

They established America's Property Services LLC, operating as APS Rain Gutters in 2022, with plans to expand the business as a father-son duo! Hello! I’m Shaun! I proudly graduated from Oak Valley College and am the first in my family to earn a bachelor's degree in business! With inspiration from my entrepreneurial parents, I am excited to provide services to the community and engage in business operations! I feel blessed to serve in this role, and I am committed to continuous improvement and learning! Personally, I am a 23-year-old car lover who enjoys off-roading and playing slow-pitch softball! You can find me at Irwindale Speedway on Thursday nights and at church on Sunday mornings! In terms of business, I aim to be a positive and impactful presence in our community. I recognize that this starts with kindness, fairness, and sincere intentions. I am committed to being the best I can be and look forward to serving you all with APS Rain Gutters!
