Our company is a family-run operation located in Riverside, California! With 36 years in the rain gutter and construction fields, Leonard previously ran American Rain Gutters. He joined forces with me, his son Shaun, to expand our offerings, and we now proudly serve as APS Rain Gutters!

We specialize in the installation of seamless aluminum and copper rain gutter systems, including rain barrels, rain chains, leader heads, and more! Additionally, we offer rain gutter and roof cleaning services! Our work caters to both residential and commercial properties. We serve a diverse clientele, including residents, management firms, HOAs, and others!

Our team offers personalized solutions for gutter challenges you may face, and we clean all types of systems, utilizing our 36 years of expertise to serve you effectively!

Thank you for your continued support; we are excited to serve you! Established in June 2022, APS Rain Gutters is a family business led by Shaun and Leonard Hernandez, building on the legacy of Leonard's 36-year-old company, American Rain Gutters!

In May 2021, Shaun earned his bachelor's degree in business from Oak Valley College and saw an opportunity to assist his father with the business's daily operations. Through discussions, they recognized the potential to merge Leonard's vast experience with Shaun's emerging business knowledge to build a successful company that benefits their community!

In 2022, they launched America's Property Services LLC, doing business as APS Rain Gutters, with a vision to grow the business as a father-son team! Hi! I’m Shaun! I proudly graduated from Oak Valley College and am the first in my family to earn a bachelor's degree in business! Inspired by my entrepreneurial parents, I am thrilled to offer services to the community and be actively involved in running a business! Serving in this way is a true blessing, and I am motivated to strive for excellence and expand my knowledge! Personally, I am a 23-year-old car lover who enjoys off-roading and playing slow-pitch softball! I’m often at Irwindale Speedway on Thursday nights and at church on Sunday mornings! On the business front, I aspire to be an influential and impactful member of this community. I understand that this begins with kindness, fairness, and genuine intent. I strive to be the best I can be and eagerly anticipate serving you all with APS Rain Gutters!
