After some rain, we noticed some water damage on our ceiling. I called Wayne on a Sunday and he promptly returned my call. He was friendly and professional. He immediately came out to our property to assess the damage. In addition to the free estimate, he actually repaired the damage. He was honest, fair and efficient. I highly recommend American West Roofing if you want quality work from an honest professional. Wayne is terrific to work with!

Not only was his work quality but he was there when he said which seems rare now a days with contractors. I highly recommend this company.

During the latest spate of drenching rains we discovered several leaks in our roof. We called American West and they promptly came over and assessed the situation.
Our roof is approximately 25 years old and was constructed in my opinion poorly with builder grade components when the house was new.
Owner, Wayne found the leaks and also discovered the tar paper had cracked in several other places and that there was rot going on in the plywood.
We decided to fix the entire roof and Wayne and his team (no sub contractors ) throughly and competently fixed the entire roof saving us much more costly repairs down the road -
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I would highly recommend AMERICAN WEST roofing.
For once, I felt like I got an honest and reliable contractor who takes pride in his workmanship.

Wayne saved the day for us today and in the pouring rain no less! We noticed a small leak in our bathroom during heavy downpour and major winds and called a few companies to see if they would come out for an emergency service. American West actually picked up their phone and Wayne was able to arrive within an hour of the call and fixed the leak! His prices were competitive and his team worked so quickly. I really appreciate them coming out in crazy weather and on a Saturday. I would highly recommend American West.

Worst customer service!!!! Called to ask for a roof inspection. They were late to pick up. When I asked if they do roof inspection, the guy on the phone just said ""um hum"", and without listening to me, he said ""can you just text the information over, and then again, without listening to me, he hung up. This company is a joke.

I'm actually in shock! I called and talked to the owner about getting a roof inspected, I explained my clients are from up North and would like water shot on the roof as part of the inspection. I couldn't believe the owner told me ""only an idiot would run water on the roof and I don't like where this conversation is going AND I DON'T WORK FOR REALTORS!"" I talked to this ""business owner"" for less then a minute. Keep in mind I was extremely respectful and only asked a couple of questions. A business owner that can not treat a consumer with enough respect to answer a couple of questions about a job he should be a pro in should maybe hire someone to answer his calls or consider doing something else.
