I was surprised with a roof leak in the middle of the last major rain storm and needed assistance urgently. Out of the more than half dozen roofing companies I contacted, the only one responded with professionalism and sense of urgency was Wayne and his team from American West Roofing. They came out on short notice IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RAIN STORM to patch up the leaking area while the roof was still wet. If this was not going above and beyond for their client I don't know what was. Ultimately I hired Wayne and his team to install brand new roof. Their price was reasonable, showed up to work on time, and completed the job within the promised time frame. Thank you for the easy process, the honesty, and the professionalism. Definitely recommended.

I gave a five star review to American West Roofing about seven years ago when they replaced my roof. I am now adding solar panels to my roof, so I called Wayne to discuss. He and his son came and did an inspection prior to installation of the panels. Wayne and his son were both terrific! They did a minor touchup of a few things on the roof, but very little needed to be done because the original job he did was so good! Best of all, Wayne said he would continue to honor his original warranty even after the panels are put installed... and he put it in writing!! I have always found Wayne to go above and beyond in the quality of his work and I continue to highly recommend American West Roofing!

We bought our house 7 years ago and it needed some small repairs at the time to stop a leak. Wayne said the rest of the roof maybe had about another 6 years left on it. I kept his business card and I planned on calling in a few years. Last year (year 6) sections of the roof started leaking. I called out Wayne and we over our options. We had Spanish tile on the roof and it had caused a lot of sagging and cracking of walls, so we decided to switch out for a quality shingle. Wayne communicated well through the entire process and was always available on the phone or texts. The rains came in and we had to protect what we had started, and Wayne and his team were here in the rain protecting my house. Great team, great prices, quality work and very professional.

I called this company, and after they came to my small business... I was SHOCKED at what happened while they were there. I had to go into my office to get something i wanted to show them, and my store surveillance system captured .... well something that shocked me to the core. Once they (2) PEOPLE left , (1) I believe was the owner, the other an associate.
My system captured them shoplifting my products RIGHT THERE IN MY STORE.... I am just at a lost for words.... I would not recommend even calling them, never mind having them come to your home or place of business!!!!
Of course, I called the authorities they took the surveillance tapes and i've been trying to find out whats going on with charges? My last call I was told that the legal system is SO backed up due to COVID etc... at least 6-9 months.
So, I guess I'll get a call from them when they get to the case. In the meantime, I felt it would be prudent to post my experience here to help anyone considering this company for any contracting work.

Wayne Croskery and his crew were terrific. They worked tirelessly to install a new roof on our home. Stripped off old shingles and replaced with awesome new shingles. Provided great service, as promised, and even went the extra mile to finish our roof with extra decorative shingles around our fascia boards around the front and back of the house. He immediately came out to our property to assess the damage. In addition to the free estimate, he actually repaired the damage. He was honest, fair and efficient. This company was amazing. I had to replace my while roof because I had so much damages due to the fires. I had 3 quotes and this man was less than the others but he not only did a awesome job he went way way beyond what I paid him for and fixed things that were not in the price.
